  1. What comes to mind when someone says roller coaster? Aliens

Today is it ladies and gentlemen, last day for our 2013 Soak City (Summer/Water) operation hours. So, in this thread you could share some of your 2013 memories, tips for next year, and thoughts of this season. If you are at the park today, then do ride all of your favorite slides before the aquatic thrills shut down! Being the official unofficial waterpark enthusiast, you could expect that I would post this
  3. Can we bring in the alien meme, "Theming".
  4. I thought I saw you in the river! (I see everyone everywhere in the waterpark, ironically no one sees me there anyday!.) Here's my TR I went, then got rained on.

Boomerang Bay, Hannah Barberra, & Antiques.
  6. The post was directed towards SOB.
  7. Yet, you still didn't answer the topic poll. That is already inferred information for your ideas and choices.
  8. Many of us love themes, they simply make the ride have a story, have a reason, and a name. So this is the place to post your new coaster theme for KI.
  9. Such information is classified.

TR I- WindStyler Being a Wednessday and the last day for DOP, I thought it would be great to take advantage of the no line rides that day. Getting up there around 4, I jolted straight for Beast, I do love my Beast, and I rode it for about 2 times in a row. After I took to the skies on WindSeeker, or should I say WindStyler? I rode it about 3 times in a row, and on my last getting a great comb over, which now we shall all dub WindSeeker, WindStyler.(While walking to RT, I saw SpitFire I believe, but I didn't say hi because I didn't know if it was her or not!) I walked to the Larosa's in RiverTown after those rides and got my favorite things at Kings Island, pizza, and mello yello. You would think after you eat you quit the coasters, right? No! Right after I trekked over to the Flight Deck. When one is in Action Zone, do as the KI Enthusiasts do, and take photos upon photos over little progress at the construction site and talk all about it going down to Flight Deck! Flight Deck, I haven't rode it once all year, but I rode it and I remember why I love it. Without the SOB, you feel like you are going faster through the course and it feels more spacious, not cramped.I got to ride Flight Deck a few times before getting off and going over to ride other coasters. I finally got to one of my favorite coasters at KI, Flight of Fear. Instantly I thought this was the best idea from the line being completely void of people. To add to the great experience, half way through the lights turned on, a first for me, but not the first on an indoor coaster (See Space Mountain, WDW). I got to ride it 3 more times after that and got off the final time to get a few last rides on a few attractions. Then we saw a system rolling in, and thought it was about to rain on us, and gladly it didn't. I got onto The Beast for the last rides of the night, and I do love it when I get these final rides, less line, and a better experience knowing you are the last to ride the coaster for the day. Over all it was a great day to go, and if you missed out on going last week, you missed some of the shortest lines I have ever seen!
  11. Wood: Beast Steel: Expedi. Ever AK/Flight of Fear

I have greyed out 2 times, both from my recollection were on Backlot. I hate greying/blacking out on any ride, because it just doesn't seem right and it shouldn't, usually if i do grey out, I take a small break and just relax with my favorite Coca-Cola product, then ride it again!
  13. It's on.....With about 100+ people coming!
  14. I take breaks for many reasons. One being that I need one once in a while, I need sleep, I have other sites, as well I just need time for me ( i e workout, & music)
  15. Nope. Cedar Fair will doubtless restrict the property to prohibit such a use. While I will still dream, although I won't use too much pathos on you all, for I save that in my writings. BB1, a dream weaver, not a dream maker. (Who also uses way too much rhetoric)
  16. I'd just buy the park and make my own little theme park!
  17. By a secret way, at a classified time. I knew about this since about 2005(or earlier), old news to me and some I rarely think about, because I am way too busy having fun to think about the underground!
  18. I've been to 2 waterpark first days for BB, and SC, SC for the gold pass members, BB for the gp.
  19. I think this would be more harm than good to keep pestering those who work at such a park with enthusiast questions. I mean come on, we have one of the best employees, Don, on our site, we even made a thread of questions, he is after all the KIPR.
  20. Are you ready to tell? Not for a time, possibly November.
  21. I personally do like older rides more than the latter new. Sure I like the ride on many new attractions, but nothing beats a ride on The Beast, or even a pre 2000 attraction like Outer Limits. Over time even our new coasters will break down and get wear n' tear like our classics. Then we shall see the next gen of our enthusiasts.
  22. So, something along the lines of Blazing Fury at Dollywood?
  23. I have had my own experiences, both occurring very close to each other. I don't think I should really talk about it (yet) but it actually brings a very different story concerning place x and it I believe corresponds to a recent occurrence. To Ghost Adventures, I love that show, although work gets in between me and my shows now!
  24. It very well could be my fair lad.
