I dont recall the ride-ops giving any details as to what the problem is,unless you consider"alot" to be detailed?

I walked up to Delirium's entrance today. I noticed it was being worked on so i asked the 2 ride-ops standing at the entrance when it was gonna be working? This is what i was told,"Probably not till next year but atleast another month or so". I asked what are they fixing and they didnt really know they just said "alot". They told me the park was still deciding where they were gonna work since there job isnt gonna be needed anytime soon or at all. I was shocked,i hope its not closed for the year.

I usually skim through the novels on here,but read every sentence and would like to read more when you get to it.

I have heard a few people complain about there necks after riding Vortex this year.I feel like its getting rougher,but maybe im getting old! I hope i never gray-out on anything,thats scary stuff.

I felt the same way about a ferris wheel in Action Zone,not alot of "action" involved. I dont really know of a better place in the park though? Diamondback feels like its a part of Planet Snoopy to me,especially since i walk through PS to get to DB. I dont see why a ferris wheel couldnt be in Action Zone or atleast close.I dont think i would want one in Coney while WindSeeker is there,just doesnt fit in to me?

Go to the park anyday and you can take that same picture. Seriously

My first ride was in 2009 right after a S.o.B ride. I still enjoy watching the first timers, they usually look puzzled by the restraint and begin asking questions.They also push hard several times on there restraint before "all clear".They also like to hold the black support between the split seats,thats my favorite,like thats really gonna save your life! The first drop on my first ride of a day,still gets me!

My family wants a ferris wheel at KI. My kids chose the local carnival over KI the other day because of this! My 3 year old is hard headed like her daddy i guess! Maybe a giant ferris wheel in Action Zone!

I actually told not even half of what i know and my son knows! I came clean with my sources and im glad i didnt tell all because of people like YOU! You talk alot Cyrpt,but i have spent hundreds of dollars at KI this year,and you? I dont like to fight about dumb stuff,but many of you i have met in the park and you dont know it,and your actually really cool people! I do alot for charity and even bought season passes for 3 children that are not mine,i love to read this forum and maybe i come off wrong,but please forgive me. I shouldnt say what i know,but what i was told. I know that would have been some jerks focus! Sorry,i got a bit carried away.

Ok,i am done with this topic.There is absolutely nothing worth reading here until the park makes a decision.You can change the name of the thread,but it still has no substance.Just everyone arguing, maybe were all just S.O.B frustrated.

Suits dont talk to people,huh? Ive walked up to them and have had lengthly conversation. You might not hear what you want,and you might not hear everything they know,but listen carefully and you might hear something. This is my opinion,no sources were involved.

Yeah, AE had a line going to the entrance late in the day on July 4th. On a hot sunny day i believe the shaded wait attracts guests.

Whatever new ride they do decide to build,you can expect similar threads within 2 to 3 DAYS asking, "when is Kings Island gonna build a new coaster".

I would be shocked if there was a new coaster built anytime soon unless its inside Soak City. I wouldnt be suprised to see SoB and Delirium gone. I really hope when they send the bad news for SoB that they send some really good news in the same breath. I dont think Delirium has operated an entire day this year,its years or days have got to be numbered.

I believe he is calling me a liar. I didnt see or feel anything wrong with it other than its normal shaking you to death,but cant tell her that because it hasnt been opened since.It was closed very shortly after our ride.I should add that she never reported anything to the park,we just noticed it was closed shortly later after our last ride.I still dont think anything unusual was wrong with S.o.B its last day.

I think i posted this in the last thread a while back,but we rode S.o.B the last day it was open and my wife was freaking out that something was wrong and i didnt notice anything and was laughing at her,guess who has the last laugh now? Everytime we ride Flightdeck she points at S.o.B and says "told you so"! Its really starting to get old by the way, her teasing and him sitting there motionless.

I cant remember the intensity of Son of Beast's big drop,this might be do to the overwhelming brain shaking i experienced during the rose bowl.

I was there for the fourth and i believe the heat was a huge factor,Soak City was crowded and the park got busy after 7. You know its hot out when your chugging water all day and seldom visit a restroom.

The cabanas at breakers bay,basic.
