  1. Was Blue dead silent on the lift hill?
  2. Well I just got back from Cedar Point and it was dead to say the least. Millennium was about 15 minutes at 2:30 and Dragster was down pretty much all day. Soak City was very crowded so like I said, it looks like a lot of people went over there.
  3. 96 degrees for Cedar Point today, not too bad

  4. Not likely, most weekday crowds are resort or other tourist guest who can not change when they come. Well in that case if they're resort, hopefully they'll go to Soak City.
  5. Hearing the ride spiels is always the highlight of my day
  6. I'm going to Cedar Point tomorrow and it's going to be 95! Hoping the heat will turn away a lot of people.
  7. That'll deffently be one of the news anchor fails of 2012.
  8. Nick's contract was too much. I actually like the Camp Snoopy and Planet Snoopy areas.
  9. We already have a mega/hyper coaster. I've said this several times, Kings Island will not get a giga, as much as i would like them too, they just won't. This forum would go crazy, love the idea though. I don't see why they wouldn't allow suits, I've seen 'normal' people in suits before.
  10. I'd much rather have a large Bon Fire.
  11. That's only if it were to be Togo, B&M still has the Stand-Up line going but they just aren't being built lately. B&M does not still have a stand-up line going. The last new opened in 1999. The ones that opened in 2011 and 2012 were relocations of old stand-up coasters. B&M would likely build a new one for the right price, but no one seems to want them. As was mentioned, they were a "fad" from a certain era and are no longer sought after... They technically do, it's still listed on their website.
  12. I've always liked Pepsi more, I can't explain it, it's just.... better. It's best out of the fountains though, it doesn't taste as good in bottles or cans.
  13. Has Kings Island's WindSeeker had long waits this season? When I've been to Cedar Point theirs has been a walk on every time. I go in the middle of the week when it's not that busy though.
  14. I think Pepsi did pay for part of it as being a sponsor. I know the Carly Rae Jepson concert is being sponsored by Pepsi, Drug Mart (I don't think they have Drug Mart in Cincinnati) and KISS FM (a Cleveland radio station) so I'm sure they all contributed to getting Carly at Cedar Point.
  15. I think they both expire after this year. I'd like to see the Pepsi contract renewed, it's sooooo much better.
  16. I really don't find it all that interesting. Anybody ever notice how Power Tower fits perfectly inside Top Thrill Dragster if you line them up?
  17. I like your idea, I feel it would of been much nicer in between the two Racer turn a rounds.
  18. I actually think of Kings Island as a family park. And just a heads up, you won't see anything like Test Track and Tower of Terror. As awesome as it would be, I just don't see it happening.
  19. Is this like a clue or something? I'm still kinda new here.
  20. The only way you would see a standup is if it was relocated from another park, they're out of demand. And coming from a guy, they're very unpleasant.
  21. I'm not sure if you're being serious or your making a joke towards the WindSeekers. If any Cedar Fair park got a Verbolten type coaster, I doubt you would even see it at another park. Cedar Fair doesn't clone their coasters at multiple parks. Only Six Flags and Paramount did that.
  22. It still takes a lot of money. A good themed ride will be about $8-$10 million more.
  23. Themeing takes a lot of money, just look at Everest at Animal Kimgdom.
  24. I would like to see a Coasters restaurant that's at other Cedar Fair parks.
  25. Can't believe no one has said Epcot, I think that park is just like nothing else.
