When BB was getting changed to Soak City, Channel 9 news (WCPO), they kept calling it the all new "Splash City". I wanted to reach threw my TV and be like, Soak City! When I go on a cruise, I like to talk about Titanic...

Not anymore, most of the platinum pass meal deals disappeared this season, replaced with a simple 10% off. I'd say that's fair considering that you can get all you can eat or season long dining plans now. Which neither are a hateful price!

Rude guests, "Macho" teenagers, Line jumpers, Smokers in general (it's okay if they want to smoke but I think they should have like a smoke box at KI were only smokers can go and fill their lungs with a wonderful shade of black), People getting mad cause their child they kept telling over and over again can ride this ride, really can't, and when their child starts crying or gets mad, because they can't ride the ride, the parents/child get mad at the ride op... abnormally loud people, People that think it's a great time to start talking about sexual related stuff in line...

My guess is that they would try and have it open around 4th of July... I'd bet they are looking the ride over quite well to prevent future issues... Maybe just ordering all new things. Who knows, other than those who do. Those who do, won't tell till the time is right either.

One ride that stands out to me is WindSeeker. Fine ride and all, just seems to be down the most. Other than that, I can't really think of any rides that are down often... I know Surf Dog was down a lot it seemed like in 2010. I don't think it was ever running a time I've been their, that year. As far as I know the ride seems to be up and running most days now.

I hope/ think we will see some exciting new foods seen at the park in the coming years! maybe some more healthy options, maybe higher quality at the current price... (I wouldn't mind that one myself). Food and water is a big deal wherever you go, cause you need both! In my opinion, if the park improved food quality even more, and lowered the prices a bit, Also not giving smaller portions, for lowered price, I think they would see more profit that way than they would at current quality and prices... Another thing the park could do is kind of go with their blueberry ice cream idea, and run with it. By this I mean maybe drinks you can only get at KI or maybe some weird, but good foods you can only get at KI. (We did get a little taste [no pun intended] of that this year, with the DB and The Beast hot sauces). Then with these they could mark up the price for it since it would be a thing you could "only get at Kings Island". So lets say 16oz of fountain pop is $2.25 at KI, but their new "Rattlesnake Venom" (drink and not real Rattlesnake venom) that also comes in a 16oz cup, is maybe $3.50-$4.50 instead of fountain pop price of $2.25 (for a 16oz cup). then since they would probably be selling a higher volume of the specialty drinks/food, they could lower the price of "regular" drinks and food. Side note: For anyone that has tried the park's new hot sauces, how do they taste/ how do they compare to other major brand hot sauces?

Maybe since very few of the effects are working for the ride, we could maybe see them do what they have been doing to FoF over the past couple of years? The year CEO management changed from Kinzel to Ouimet, FoF had very few of it's lights working or anything, but then next year (maybe even later that year?) a lot of the lighting effects were fixed. Their even was some lights in the start of the launch tunnel of FoF to give the illusion of space travel. Now they seem to have been keeping up on lighting for that ride now, and also upgraded the box TV's to flat screens and then fixed the video to be displayed at 16:9, maybe even upgraded the video to HD! Now I think since they have given a fair deal of attention to that, and next season it would be unlikely for a new attraction, I think they should focus their time and some money on Boo's Blasters on Boo's Hill, and BLSC. By restoring some or all their effects and maybe even making some upgrades (maybe some new guns for Boo's Blasters on Boo's Hill???)

I think it need more theming and feel to the era it is. It looks "old" so to speak, but doesn't really immerse you in that feeling. Add some props and maybe add a live show themed around the time frame? I feel like Rivertown and AZ, both need a step up in theming and feel for the area's. I remember seeing a keynote speech (I think that was what it was) on YouTube with Matt Ouimet talking about kind of letting their parks help make their future moves forward. Something simple he said that would fit Rivertown, is a water pump, that was added to Knott's Berry Farm. Never been their myself but I think something as simple as that could help with theming for Rivertown. As for AZ I can't really think of anything, except I think renaming and theming being the best course for it... He is an off the wall idea... When DB needs/gets fully repainted, instead of keeping the color it has now, give it a rustic looking color to make it feel more fitting to the area?

Premier Rides, with their great themed rides, or RCCA, for just one ride. I give them props for doing the insane with something like SoB! Which was a much love, hate, coaster. I think with today's technology and ways if we had SoB built with the same layout (loop included) and not making it a hybrid, rebuilt, it would probably be a fair deal smoother.

Drop Tower at the top gets me nervous... Still love the ride though! If anything adds to the experience for me!

So I heard one when the train rolled back in from AE. I found this a LOT funnier than I should of... The Ride Op asked "How was your ride?", and a kid yells "turkey!", then ride op said something like "Sounds good!". For some reason I found this really hilarious.

"Track 2 is no longer in use and has been permanently, abandoned." ~ Station Master Although same for me SoB, always had a long wait when it was open and when I was at the park.

I think first and foremost their should be some HD security camera's watching the lockers during park hours. All lockers should be within view the whole time too. Second I think a finger scanner concept like Universal Orlando would be great! Doesn't mean the lockers have to be free for x amount of hours/minutes. These two things would cut down on problems greatly! Or maybe here a new idea, instead of finger scanners, do it where if you want to rent a locker or something you must insert your ticket stub or pass into the machine, which also requires a password as well or finger scanning. In the event of ticket loss, you get a security guard to unlock it (with the special pass code or whatever), but before the security guard opens it, you must tell them what is inside. And if wrong the locker gets locked back and the security guard makes sure you don't see in their during their "search/inspection". If no new changes, to lockers themselves, at least add some HD monitoring camera's which has ALL lockers in view, for that locker station, that monitors during park hours. That's my 2¢, on this...

Did you light yourself on fire and let someone smoke you!? I wouldn't do this myself personally... Or maybe your wife raced you to the ride and you lost? Update: lol, that makes sense.

Mine is a tie between Wooden coaster and anything that is giga and up. I like speed of a steel coaster and I like the feel of a wooden coaster. Mix them together what do you get? SoB (or Rocky Mountain treatment, which ever way you wanna see it).

Do you have a picture of such? Not the fact I don't believe you, instead I wanna see it. Next question, what are some ways to obtain such???

Lol, I wonder how many mangers/supervisors the cashier would have to go threw before drawing a conclusion if it is valid or not... Not that you would spend it though.

You also have to remember that entertainment in general is more expensive now than it was. I remember going to KI in the 90's loaded with $10 in grass cutting money and that was enough to both eat and play a few games. That most certainly is not in line with inflation. You could also make the same argument with movies, video games, and even childrens' toys. One could also argue the world has become more greedy, which has added to the inflation or vise vesra. Inflation fact: Obama want's to raise federal minimum wage to $10.10 a hour If that happens food prices and everything are gonna go up even more...

2 more days of school for me! Today and Monday then summer break!

I would like to see the park drop some houses, in order to raise quality of others. Or put more money into the event. I would like to see how the park could fair with a movie/video game themed haunted house! The Last of Us would be a great video game test! If the park has old Nickelodeon costumes or anything like that and they are really old/falling apart, try something with that, calling it something like: "Toons Since Forgotten".

I miss Chaos! I was so upset when Cedar Point took it out. I don't remember any ticking clocks though... Wait, what? That's a different Chaos? Oops, my bad, carry on! And I really enjoyed that Chaos as well... Hmm more rides should be named Chaos. Diamondchaos, Chaoshee, Chaos The Ride, the possibilities are limitless. Son of Chaos? that SoC is no where to be found now...

The park should just put a big box their and paint "A Diversion?" on the outside of the box.
