I just don't think they will do anything with it because it's too expensive to tear down or repair from what my uncle said when he inspected the supports on the ride. plus, it holds too many world records.

Its weird, a lot of people only know Snoopy and Charlie brown mostly. They don't know the background characters like Violet, Pigpen and the others. I went one day and saw the Planet Snoopy tis year and this 14 year old pointed to Franklin and said "Who's that?"

I bet the will, along with Marcie

Or at least have one or two of the not as popular characters as on opening for like the first two weeks to display a "welcome to Soak City" type of appeal.

They originally had one though. Never been there so I would never know, haven't been to Virginia in years.

I've been to Kings Island many years and I have came up with one motto for myself: "You can't go to Kings Island and not ride the train." I am a huge fanatic of the Kings Island and Miami Valley Railroad and it has been my passion for many years. Of all the parks I've been too, most of them have live steam trains that have a different theme to each one. What I want to know is, can you have an amusement park without a train?

Well Cedar Point doesn't really have much tree scenery because it's cramped with rides. Even when you go to their Dinosaurs Alive, you can't really feel like you stepped back 65 million years in a forest theme when Millennium Force goes right over your head.

It looks bad when a park has no trees. It takes away from the scenery. I've been to a fair amount of parks that don't have surrounding trees and they all looked pretty tacky. you don't just have to think about thrills, you have to think of how it fits the surrounding scenery.

Well, a part of River town was originally in kiddie land where the log flume is. What I'm saying is that they have Diamondback, The Beast, the Miami Valley Railroad and White Water Canyon so they don't really have enough room to add a new ride. Even if they demolished Crypt, they would still have barley any space to work with to build a new ride.

They always announce a new attraction at the end of the summer season to get people pumped for what the next year will bring.

I was kinda hoping that some of the peanuts characters would mingle around the Soak City area because on KI's Facebook page, it shows the peanuts characters in beach shirts playing volleyball.

Do you think that they are done putting new rides in River town?

Have you been happy with or disappointed with some of the things that have happen to KI this past couple of years?

Its been stuck on the hill about half way up a couple of times I've been at KI

I'd take out Dinosaurs Alive and put in a new Hanging coaster because the park needs another one.

It always cool that they recognize the railroad because without it, the park would not have its same charm.

Magnum XL 200 was the first type of hyper coaster but over the years manufactures have tweaked the designs. Look up Nitro @ six flags or Superman @ six flags or just look up hyper coasters. I understand your response but hyper coasters have changed in the 2000's.

I was on a couple of the other Cedar Fair Park websites and I realized something. Kings Island is the only park that changed the style of their cars. Like how each train is just one color. But in places like Canada's Wonderland and Kings Dominion have the same blue, red and white car stile to each train. Your feedback?

No its not. It has the same design as a hyper coaster. There is a difference in track design. Giga coasters have like a triangle shaped track while hyper coasters don't. For example look at Millenium Force then Look at Leviathan.
