I tried to stop by after work and get a pic but the park is very crowded right now. There is about a 5 minute long wait just to get into the parking lot.

I have always wanted to try the pretzel dog. I'm not sure why i have never pulled the trigger on one yet. I normally only eat at the water park and there i get the chicken fingers basket. its actually pretty good.

right i kind of like the idea of a Vortex sized coaster and a park expansion with some new flats.

I think a 300 foot high dive machine might be kind of awesome!

And I enjoy the job he does, he truly understands the "dance" . He does such a good job keeping our interest while not spoiling the "Moment".

They could reverse the direction of the great pumpkin coaster and it would be about like NASCAR...

I don't like that they have two in the chain named that close as it is. Also I live in mason and I don't know any NASCAR fans..

I find it really interesting that while some of us are making obvious wishes/speculation as to what could be happening at K.I. There are people who keep popping into the thread to tell everyone how silly they sound. Now I have no idea what is going in but I do look at every picture and I'm at the park way more then I should be seeing what's going on to try and figure it out. This thread is titled "starting to decode 2014" doesn't that make you realize that this is a thread for detective work and speculation? I have not seen a single post yet that says "I know what's going in and it's a ______" because yeah we don't know but we are trying to "decode" it.. Maybe a new thread should be started for people who only say things they are positive about for this new area. Someplace for those who would condem someone's speculation/dreaming/hoping to go and post about well nothing..

All I know about it is it was sold to Jungle Jim's.

I would love a huge GIGA coaster but I would also love a smaller coaster something the size of raptor and an addition to the park using the rest of the land with flat rides. Either way I will be happy so long as there is a new coaster going in!!

Wow I have been digging around and, is there no coasters with a drop more then 200 feet and inversions?

What will we call the first 300 foot tall looping coaster? You guys clearly know better then I. I had always assumed the title "GIGA" refered to the hight of the first hill and not the layout of the coaster..

Black and green like Monster energy is very Hip right now.

Opening day two years ago my first ride of the year during ERT too we got stuck for around 40 minutes at the brakes behind the station..they brought us water and offered snacks but never released our lap bars...

That's true but further down the hill. I had not seen them in this area. I know it's not much but it's all the fuel I got for the fire..

Some pics from today. Not much to see in this one.. Again not much but this section of footers is shaping up.. In this one if you zoom way in by the black tarp you can see some survey markers outside the thunder ally area.

While at Cedar Point there was so much buzz about Sky Hawk. It was not open while I was there but everyone seems to REALLY love that ride. Seems like something like that would be a good fit for the area.. But I want a GIGA RACER!!

Two companies not in the same buisiness can each have a trademark for the same word. Much like Mercury cars and marine engines.
