Could anyone tell me if the meal plans work on the days the park is sold out to private events? We will be going in a couple of weekends with my work and just curiouse if our food plans will work. I am assuming not but I have no idea. I have searched here but was unsuccessful. Thanks!

Very excited - Just a few days away!! Due to work schedule we will be arriving at the park on Friday Evening. Any suggestions or tips on getting our season pass badges AND get our coaster Stock passes? I am sure that check in will be busy at that time! Thanks!

Great that it will be part of the plan. Looks like an air conditioned sit down venue. I am glad more options for meal plan are opening up!!

Any update on lineup? We did not watch many shows last year, only visited the park a couple of times. What were the offerings last year?

OK, we just signed up and registered for Coaster Stock! This will be our first and I am super stoked to be going. We joined ACE last week and verified our schedule. My wife has to work on the 19th, so we might not be registering until that evening. We live about 1 1/2 away, but I was considering driving separate and my son and I can come earlier, but I will probably just wait till that evening. Thanks for all the great info on this thread everyone! You helped make the purchase/registration process a lot easier.

Thanks for the positive look at the meal plan! I was starting to get discouraged from all the posts. You sound like me, I have a spreadsheet for EVERYTHING to track expenses, camping reservations and such. So how does everyone handle drinks with the meal plan? If I do get the souvenir bottles for my family, how do we tote them around and such, and what considerations for when we ride rides, ie. where to Stowe.

I wish I had read more here before I purchased our meal plan lol. Not only do we have long lines and usually terrible service, but also looking at the food options on the plan it seams REALLY limited, and hardly any healthy options. I think Parking lot picnic is the way to go!

Every visit is exciting for me. When I was a kid, it was the rides and time with friends. As an adult enjoying time riding with my wife, brother and mom and dad. Now I am sharing the excitement with my son, it is awesome! We live about 1 1/2 hours away, so we only come a couple times a year when we do not have season passes, so we always try to squeeze as much in to each day as possible. But now that we have been season pass holders, I am trying to relax more. And the blue ice cream!
