hahahahahahahahaha. Someone's in denial. Explain to me how in the world that could be fake?! Anybody who still thinks it is is either an idiot, or is completely delusional, just saying. I mean, the numbers match up, it's been proven to have actual engineering stamps, and has the same stamps and codes as drawings in the city office. People are freakin' crazy...

Some type of funky messed up batwing element hopefully. It looks to be 2 inversions! Sorry about double
-
Yeah something like that. I'm hoping for some weird f-ed up, original elements like this one instead of standard B&M elements.
-
No actually they do not match. Business people care. That is literally like the biggest red flag as to why this is fake...sorry but I think a major amuesment park can afford spell check. Lol, it's not fake How do you know it is not a fake? What are your sources? The invert number on the blueprints are wrong. The number on the shipping tags is IC2-J10 NOT IC2-J01 Okay, Dr. Doubtful. My "sources" are that I know roller coasters, and this is perfectly drawn B&M design. YOU CANNOT REPLICATE THIS! It would take months and months to try and come up with such a hyper-realistic design like this. IT IS 100% REAL!
-
Lol. So due to my knowledge. I'm looking at this order of elements: Right hand drop Dive loop Vertical loop #1 Zero-g roll Some funky Dive loop/Immelman combo (2 inversions) Vertical loop #2 Maybe a corkscrew and another zero-g? That part is hard to tell. So maybe 8 inversions?
-
Well here's the whole layout. Try and decipher the elements to your hearts content!

It's a dive loop/immelman. So half a loop followed by a twist out all in the same vertical plane.
-
This has got to be real. That layout is a perfectly shaped B&M layout. YOU COULD NEVER REPLICATE THAT.
-
^They look legit to me EDIT: Looks like a right hand swooping drop into a diveloop or immelman, followed by a vertical loop around the lift. Then comes a zero-g, some weird element, another vertical loop, a helix and thats it.
-
Consider yourself lucky if you get any drop that isn't this EDIT: The lift hill could very well be steeper than that first drop...
-
He's a moderator on TPR. Take it lightly. It likes like an inverted and color reversed Talon layout. lol, is it just an edited picture of Patriot or Talon? That's what it looks like to me
-
hmm, a tweet from wesisrad

If it is indeed track and not supports in that picture (it's hard to tell), it's probably track for the station or transfer. Look at Silver Bullet, It's whole lift hill, station, and transfer are all red track and red supports, then everything else on the ride is silver supports and red/yellow track. Who knows? Something interesting about color. I do know that Cedar Fair does/used to paint their B&M track different than anyone else, with the sides of the spines painted a different color (ie: Mantis, Silver Bullet, Patriot, Talon, Raptor, Hydra, Behemoth, Gatekeeper, etc.)
-
What's wrong with a hybrid? haha
-
Seriously, that's sounds like a really stupid way to split up a coaster. The Beast is one thing, but some like Smiler, where there's a lift hill in the middle seems really stupid.

^ Worlds longest invert?

No worries. It seems as though RCDB doesn't have all the information. As I'm seeing it now, the original Space Mountain + BTMR at DLR, WDW, and Tokyo are all Arrow Dynamics built coasters. And then everything then on out are Vekoma, including: BTMR @ DLP, the new SM @ DLR and HDL, the soon to open new BTMR @ DLR, Rock'n'Roller Coasters, Expedition Everest, Big Grizzly Gulch, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and all the Roller Skaters. It looks to me like Disney stopped building Arrow in the early 90's. Sorry this is probably not the right place to discuss this.
-
Yeah, Space Mountain isn't Arrow. The newer ones are Vekoma though. I do agree that Magnum has some great airtime. The Space Mountain in Orlando is most definitely Arrow. Or at least, it was when I rode it in 2004. I know it's been renovated since then, but I'm pretty sure they didn't touch the track. http://rcdb.com/267.htm Show me some proof. I don't doubt you as a lot of early Disney rides were Arrow such as Matterhorn. But I've never seen anything that said Space Mountain was. EDIT: Ok, the Wikipedia article says it's Arrow, that's interesting!

B&m is the Arrow Dynamics of today. They make outdated forceless rides and their hyper/giga coasters only have a little floater air. Intamin leads the pack in innovations. They try new things with their rides, new elements, take chances, strong ejector air. They are the present and the future of the industry. They also lead the pack in accidents... and not just with their coasters. Ex. a few superman ride of steel. a few different Drop Towers, capsized raft rides, and most recently a capsized shoot the rapids.... the list is so large compared to B&M... and I did not even list all of them. Who cares? It's so infrequent it doesn't matter. When you're constantly using new technology, accidents are more prone sure. But overall, Intamin makes better stuff than B&M!!
-
Very interesting, thanks for the insight! Looks like we are getting a B&M Invert named Banshee in 2014!
-
Maybe they meant they didn't think they saw that.
-
But that's not any fun now is it? You're killing the hype, man! With a website specifically dedicated to KI, speculation and hype is half the fun of getting a new coaster.... buzzkill. I have a feeling the 1-31 tweet was referencing the date the ride will be announced in August!
-
You obviously haven't ridden X2 in a while, and you're lucky for it. My top 5 is all Intamin. I LOVE Intamin, but you can't say B&M is the worst or anything either, they've definitely made some decent coasters recently. The first drop on Leviathan is one of the most beautiful drops I've ever seen.
