Water Park add-on

Featured Replies

I think they are probably going to ad on to boomerang bay next season since they havent in 2 years.

Personaly i think ki should build something like (or the actual ride) [/color]Thunder FallsFrom Geauga Lakes waterpark Wild Water Kingdom. It consists of 7 slides (4 tube 3 body)

I posted a picture of thunder falls for those whoGLWWK12.jpg havent rode or seen it B)

I think they will build a 400 foot tall hydraulic launced coaster, and tear out The Beast for it.

Oh no...you might have started something now

I can see it now some rookie worker at the park is going to start telling guests that they are tearing out The Beast to make room for this new coaster.

Why would they tear out The Beast its one of there most famous rides

The aren't, it's a joke. But that tower of slides looks pretty awesome.

That would be a nice addition. I would love to see something like the Deluge at Kentucky Kingdom. That would be sweet to have at King's Island.

I wouldn't be surprised if we saw something like that at KI next year, with the way things have been going for GL maybe we'll see that exact one in the picture :D

Shamu left with Busch Gardens Seaworld when they sold out to Six Flags.

And I doubt he will be visiting Kings Island any time soon. . .

A 7-slide tower would be a great replacement for Bondi Pipeline. That thing is dangerous and painful. I've been to the tower at GL and it is a lot of fun. I'd love to see KI get something like that.

I assure you, if that ride were dangerous, it wouldn't be open.

Do you really think they'll move water rides from Geauga to Kings Island? I can actually see them keeping the waterpark at Geauga Lake.

I know several people who refuse to ride it anymore because of head injuries they received while riding. Also, when people get off the ride they are also pulling their suits out of their butts and they all walk away funny. Trust me, Bondi is the worst and most injury prone slide in the park.

As for moving GL slide tower, I highly doubt that will happen. I was merely suggesting that KI should get one that is similar to GL's.

I've never had a problem with Bondi, then again, I really don't do the waterpark much.

Why would CF move that slide to KI? I thought GL's strong point was its waterpark?

Just a speculation

they aren't going to move that exact slide to KI. RacerRider is using that paricular one to show what he wants to see next year.

The one thing I have learned about Cedar Fair is never to say they would never do something. The old Cedar Fair I knew would have never gone deeply in debt to buy all the Paramount Parks. Not in a million years. And yet, they did.

I've been on those slides at GL and they are a lot of fun. KI could use something like that.

Persomally I would love that addition to come to Kings Island. I would just stay at that place all day!
