BoddaH1994
I realize that WCPO has its web cam at Kings Island, but that's more for spotting weather. I was looking at CP's web site and they have a web cam that shows onto one of their midways and I thought that would be really neat for Kings Island. So the question posed it, where would you want the webcam to point? Personally, I think International Street would be best because I could hop on and see how busy the park is before I go. I was going to have the option of pointing the camera at whatever construction is going on, but I think that's too obvious. This would be a permanent fixture. hauntguy
I-Street... on top of ticket/restaurant... overlooking tower and fountains! That'd be so cool! -Hauntguy
Snake Attack!
I don't think I would put it on I-street because you wouldn't be able to see much except the entrance/fountains/trees. I would put it on the Mall at like the Zephr looking toward Octopus.
CoastersRZ
Sigh, I remember the webcam that they used to have on pki.com. It used to show I-Street, or would be pointed at Nick Central towards the log flume and Runaway Reptar. But Kings Island hasn`t had that webcam on their website since around 2001 or 2002. I definitely think that a webcam looking down Coney Mall would be a wise location for a webcam.
Browntggrr
The CP website is actually adding two more cams somewhere in the park. They have had 2 brand new cams for about 2 months now, but have not yet put them online, or, have not found a good placement for them yet. italianchef
I vote for International Street. It is the face of Kings Island.

Browntggrr
Now that is what I call timing. CP has installed another cam near the Good Time Theatre (ice show) looking North on the midway. Apparently they were having dry runs for the Halloweekends parade. http://www.cedarpoint.com/public/fun/webcams/index.cfm
Rollercoast19
I think Kings Island should have two webcams, one pointing toward International Street and one pointing toward IJST and Vortex. They should use this webcam: VB-C50i/VB-C50iR Canon PTZ Network Webcam http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controll...p;modelid=11847 These webcams are great because you can actually control the camera. Here are a few websites with this camera or a similar one in action: Avista Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. http://mail.seasideproperties.com/avwebcam2.shtml Grande Shores Ocean Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. http://mail.seasideproperties.com/gsnetcam2.shtml Plantation Pancake House in Myrtle Beach, SC. http://www.pancakecam.com Woodhaven Pancake House in Myrtle Beach, SC. http://www.wafflecam.com
KIBeast
I think there should be at least two, if not three. Two used to point at I-Street and Coney Mall, and of course, the obvious construction cam.
