Don't feel badly. The timing was unfortunate, as the rather unfortunate ride names had just been announced, and then came Drop Tower...

OMG...they actually DID change it to Drop Tower! That's the last time I take a week away from this site, I totally missed that news! Now the "Enclosed: The Coaster", and "Water" Falls post from Thrill Biscuit makes sense to me.

I just noticed that too! What a terrible name! Worse than Flight Deck, IMO. Thats equivalent to naming a roller coaster, "Roller Coaster." (Yes, I am aware there are rides with that name.)

Kings Island: At least we still don't have a Beaver Land Mine Ride!

Perhaps more fitting for a place like Las Vegas, than GL. But still a classic name!

I have this vision of Dick Kinzel smacking a person upside the head at the former grand opening for GL and saying: "What the hell were you thinking?!?"

lol better than Six Flags? I don't know, there are a few Six Flags parks that are very, very nice.
