I tried sending out broadtexts to the members of the mobile club for both this and for the latest D'Back update. Both times no one received anything. I contacted the company that runs the broadtexting service and they assured me that the problem has been resolved.

We'll have a list of names that have paid, but if you feel the need to bring a paypal receipt, go for it.

I do have a question. What kind of paper or ID should we show so we can get in? I don't want to just assume someone will recognize me.

Well, library cards (at least Hamilton County Library) don`t have pictures on them. School IDs, driver licenses, etc. would work. But really, as long as you know your name, we will be able to confirm that you purchased a ticket to the event. If you`re concerned about it, you can send your name in a PM to one of us moderators, and we will be able to confirm that your name is on the list of having paid.

I was just wondering if there is an itinerary for this event. On like when will it start and have to be there by and everything else.

The event starts at 3pm. You MUST be on time to participate in the event.

Will they have the gates open and waiting for us 15 minutes or so before the event? What will we have to bring to get in, since this is all online?

I'll have a full list of details as the event nears. However the plan right now is to have everyone enter through the employee entrance and park in VIP parking. We'll gather as a group at Human Resources and we will be escorted into the park as a group promptly at 3pm.

And, depending how the weather is the week before the event, you may want to bring a spare set of shoes, just in case the shoes you wore for the Diamondback and park tour get all muddy. You don`t want to be tramping the mud up into the International Restaurant.
