Beastfreak
I don't think there really would be one at the first big drop. I can see maybe from like the drop out of the station to the turn into the lift hill, and around the second helix. Maybe not even a full tunnel around the second helix but maybe extend the support structure out so that it gives more head choppers as you fly into and through it. fyrfyter
The only way I'll be happy with a tunnel of SOB is if it makes the same eerie howling sound as the helix tunnel on The Beast. That sound is so cool, and so perfect for that coaster. I love it.
missdi
Things I would like to know...where are all the shuttles in the parking lot that transport you to the main gate and back to your parking areas when you need them?? There used to be like lots of these running around to catch, in the past several years it's like there's less and less of them. You'll see them parked in the area along the side of the parking lot near the campground. And since I brought up the campground, why don't they take about 1/2 of the campground out and extend the park with more rides? The campground is never what I would consider busy even in the busiest season.
The OTHER D
Well...let me inform you of some basic public knowledge of the park. Paramount's Kings Island has over 725 acres containing more than 200 Rides Shows, and Attractions. Currently the park is only using about half it's land. SO, there is plenty of land for the park to use withOUT taking the campground away. The campground is used a lot over the summer, so taking out the any of the campground would only CUT the parks revenue, and they will NEVER do that!!!!!!!!! bingog34
I don't know...some of the shuttle drivers are mean. Last season my friends and I were at the front of the park and had to go back to the passenger pick-up area. there was a tram there. We asked if they were going back there, and they said they weren't. We pleaded, and still, they refused. We walked all the way back there, and as we were turning around to walk back (we had to walk a friend up there), they drove by. And stopped. Then we asked them if they were going back to the station, and they said no. As we reached the station, they pulled right in. Does anyone know why they might have refused? We were very nice... teenageninja
Because the tram doesn't stop back there it's plain and simple, they have designated stops and they only stop there. He probably isn't supposed to take people back down so that's why he siad he wasn't going back to the station. The trams are probably held in one of the warehouses. Beastfreak
The trams that are still in service through out the year stay parked out in the parking lot. No they don't always use all of them every day, but I'm sure they use them all on Saturdays and bring a friend free days. Yeah there used to be some more trams, but since they are all 30 some years old now, some of the more run down ones have gone "out of service" and are no longer used. They are still around but in hiding. I'm sure if they felt the need for more shuttles (which I think one or two more wouldn't hurt) then they would fix them up or buy some new ones. Return_of_Yogi
I love tram drivers, the ones that ran backlots were awesome, lord knows I hate carrying a 70 lbs costume from PKIU "Trailer" to festhaus in 90^ weather!
Coasterfan
It would be cool to have a tunnel going down that decent just before the loop so you couldn't see the loop until you were right there!
aero11
What ever happened to the 5 star attraction's?
Dane
Has anybody seen the trams at Disney, they have dragster tires, and pop wheelies!
bingog34
But wouldn't that mean All-Star Cafe would have a roughness level of 5? lol...I think the "5-star attractions" were done away with because they started calling everything a 5 star. It kinda lost meaning.
Stitch
Yeah a bit lame did anyone win anything cool from the TR contest last season? All I got was Snapples.
coasterdime
I won a few Snapples, a few TR posters, and two coaster posters. I really got more trivia teasers than anything, but never collected more than one. Does someone (Shaggy?) know when the Ford Escape was awarded? Did someone win it the final day of the contest, or did they just have to wait to take delivery? It was a very cool contest nonetheless....
