Ummm, that is titled "Man dies after riding Firehawk." People would see that and think, "Oh, I want to find out more." People will see this and be like "Yea. I can go to KI and ride FH". Yes - once again, the immature and thoughtless actions of a few ruined it for the many. The topic itself disappeared because it lost relevance when they reopened the ride. As for Firehawk, I'm not surprised to see it back open so soon. Based on the stories I've heard through the press, the ride was not at fault at all, so there's really no reason to keep it closed. I would have a serious problem if people put "the" in front of my name as I'm sure you would as well. It shows a lack of comprehension of the English language and also demonstrates poor research skills. Just as one would notice a mispronunciation on the news, many notice and are annoyed by this. Ever since (I think it was Kat's post?) everyone has been going crazy over this. It's not a big deal. They can call it what ever they want. Leaving the the out is also not a huge deal. As an example, virtually no one calls me The Terpy here....and very seldom does anyone spell out the whole deal--"The Interpreter." As my beloved father used to say, "As long as they call me in time for supper..." Terpy aka The Interpreter aka Terp aka my favorite of all, which I was called here by a poster who thought he'd upset me...Trep!
