Six Flags didn't save theirs... Jury verdicts are what they are..... You never know what a jury will do, which is why most cases settle.... And remember that the money that will be paid to the plaintiff was held by the insurance company for over three years, while they invested or collected interest on it, which reduces their loss. Quote
