March 16, 201016 yr Every year now, for many years, Cedar Point has had a very nice poster calendar. It went out to the media people, who then presumably remembered the company fondly as they wrote about it. Until....now.

March 17, 201016 yr It really sucks when a company has to eliminate things that many have been used to for years to save money. For instance, the company I work for has eliminated the annual summer family picnic for financial reasons.
March 17, 201016 yr Author ...and some of these 'cost-saving' moves cost more than they save. How much will morale suffer because the picnic was dropped? How do you measure the difference in media coverage after certain nice things that were once given to media are eliminated? And isn't it interesting all the little things that get cut while the perks for the higher ups are either not eliminated or even often are actually increased?
