Hey all, my friend ordered a 2010 Gold Pass for me, the pass is in my name, but yesterday he handed my this envelope that KI had sent him, we thought it was the Gold Pass, but it turned out to be the receipt along with a voucher, I guess I'm suppossed to fill it out and take it to the processing center or something, also I don't know if I'm suppossed to put my name on the voucher or his, since he's the one that ordered it.....Could anyone help me please??

Yes, if you have a voucher (with blank spaces for your name, address and email address) that likely is for the name of the person who will use the pass. As Hamoperator said, to be safe, I`d either call the park, or ask them when you go to get your pass processed. The people in the season pass building should be able to give you some direction on what you need to do.

okay, i have a season pass question and didn't feel the need to create a new thread.

my family and i bought gold passes last season and are planning on renewing this year, my question is, we are uncertain if we will make it to the park before may 31st, if we don't, since we're just renewing, will they let us renew our gold pass after that date, or will they bump us down to a regular season pass?

^yes, i e-mailed the park and that was the reply i received, as long as it was purchased by the 31st, i can process it whenever, but if i don't i will either have to spend more money on buying a platinum or, funny enough, spend more money on a regular season pass.

The processing center is always open when the park is open to the public, but you can call the park to confirm this and to get the hours of operation (since its hours may vary from that of the park). The processing building is directly to the left of the ticket windows, near the picnic tables.
