IMO the amount speaks volumes.

An $8000 "award" is nothing for Disney, but it is probably enough to change their practices enough that if a guest cannot enter "x" ride w/o assistance, you cannot ride.

It is too bad it needs to be that way.

Disney should be required to pay $4,000.00 each time anyone has to listen to "It's A Small World."
