Well its pre-2005 since there is a Paramounts logo in the picture.. but I am going to go with early 2000's.. proably 2001

Even though I said I suck at this I will give it a shot. I guess 2005. I base this on the fact that there is a Paramount logo up...plus the fountain looks dry, so maybe they are getting ready to construct the ice rink for Winterfest?

They drained the fountain in 2005 to install freezing equipment for ice skating in the fountain...

The arcade appears to be complete, meaning it's 1973 or after.

No Zodiac in the picture, suggesting it's before 1975 (couldn't be post Zodiac, since Sky Ride was removed before Zodiac was and the picture is obviously taken from Sky Ride).

With only two years to choose from, I'm gonna go with '73.

I'm going to guess 1972, just to be different. (But its more likely 1973.)
