I hope KI management reads this.

Tonight at 7pm my family tried to enter the park; all 4 passes scaned as

they normally do, photos came up with entry totals for each of us. The

girl looked at Peanuts and commented we could not enter due to a

scratch on Peanuts barcode; we were required to goto Pass processing

before we could enter. I guess I fail to understand why it had to be done

immediatly; even though it scanned fine. This delay caused us to miss a large portion

of a show we came to see.

Does anyone know if i have to enter new numbers on Park Perks?

Instead of posting this on here, why don't you contact the park? They're sure to hear it if you call and tell them...

Rather than going all the way over to pass processing, just walk into the Guest Services a few yards from the front entrance. Ask them that very same question and they would give you an answer right then.

We did Guest Relations; didnt get very far, Its KI policy to do this.

If GR told you this is policy, what are you looking for by posting here?

I had an issue about 4 or more years back with my Cedar Fair pass. I guess a large number of guests had the same issue with the passes not scanning at other Cedar Fair parks when they bought them at KI. Mine worked at KI but not at CP. CP gave me a new pass at guest services.

When did KI passes scan at other parks mine never worked, and always got a ticket for day Cedar Point, knotts and such.

They now work (well, KI Platinum Passes) at other FUN parks except Kings Dominion, where many things seem not to work well. Most particularly their pass renewal system, if it can charitably be called that.

My KI Platinium Pass scanned at KD just fine last October.

My pass also worked fine at KD last June. I was holding my breath at the entry due to Terpy numerous posts about the problems there, but it worked.
