CharleyTheDinosaur
At Cedar Point last year we bought the Fast Lane passes early in the year before many people knew what it was. It seemed like we were constantly let in front of the thuggiest people when the lines merged. I over heard more than one threat. Nothing directly said to us though so we just ignored it. That's the closest I've ever seen a fight or argument happening honestly. Nothing at KI.
Screaming_Chicken
I've seen a fight break out at McDonalds after a visit to Kings Island in 1999 and I've seen people escorted out of the park for line jumping and being high in 2000. Is it just me or do todays kids seem more ignorant ,I mean no disrespect, it's just I've seen more and more of todays youth in trouble more often for line jumping or cussing, wearing inappropriate clothing. YoungStud
How do you report line jumpers? I was yelling at the criminals last night in the Diamondback que. The only associates are in the station or at the entrance. Wish they had emergency phones spread out in the que.
NoChickens
Kind of off topic, but not entirely. As MrsNC and I walked along the path behind the Eiffel Tower, toward river town, there was a group of people bragging about " Oh, we always end up being escorted out of this MF'in place". As if it was a badge of honor, *sigh*.
zombiejane
Maybe a little off topic, but... A few weeks ago, while riding Delirium, the kid sitting next to us was screaming "f'in n*****s" during the entire ride cycle. As the ride ended, and we got off, I noticed a group of ****ed off people hanging around close to the exit. Since the ride had no line, the ops didn't make the kid get off (but also didn't call him out on his behavior either). I didn't stick around to see if anything happened when he finally did have to get off.
thoe124
Once me and my friend were waiting for Firehawk to open in the morning, and my dad came up and got in line with us, and this paranoid lady behind us started getting mad. "I'm gonna report you," she said. "People like you always make the day worse for others. They're gonna kick you out of the park!" She said. "I'll let you in front of us. " says my dad. "Oh no! I'm going to call Kings Island security on you and they're gonna kick you out! Once a cutter, always a cutter!" Lol:)
fanofFirehawk
Line cutting isn't cool, but it really isn't if you are offering to let them ahead of you, when I see my friends or my dad, I go backwards and meet them. She did seem to over react though. But in your defense they probably would have just ran two empty seats next to you so way to fill the train! As for me, it really isn't a fight but in line for Top Thrill Dragster, there was this guy, who was big African american tough guy. He was right behind us. I was just waiting and so was he. The man then pulled out a glass pipe with a weird liquid in it. It kind of looked like this. But he leaned over trying to conceal it, I assumed he was just trying to sneak a smoke, and was just about to call him out for it but that I realized it looked like an illegal pipe. He just did like two sniffs or what ever. I contemplated telling a ride op, but decided against it he was with us like all of the way. I kinda freaked me out.
thedevariouseffect
Yeah you probably should have said something... Big guy or not, it was probably illegal as hell Regardless, no smoking in the queues, means for removal from the line
