coaster_junky
So, I got a little board today while home from college and decided to try to match up some of my Son of Beast photos from 2010 with some I took on closing day 2012. A great deal of this inspiration came from a fantastic thread by our very own standbyme called, "Standing within' 3 feet of 1974." If you're new and/or haven't had a chance to see it, I highly recommend it. Just click on the link: http://www.KICentral...__fromsearch__1 Now I present to you Standing within' 3 feet of 2010: Son of Beast Edition! I hope you enjoy!
TheBEASTunchained
Wow!! Thats pretty cool, I like how you were able to match each photo from the same position. Everytime I see the old SOB half torn apart, I think about the old days when trains still ran the rails of the wooden monstrosity.
CoasterOhio
Now they need to run that train one more time down the hill. Off the rails, Just like we do in RCT3.

I never really planned on doing this, so the last two don't match up as well as the rest. Now they need to run that train one more time down the hill. Off the rails, Just like we do in RCT3. As much as I'd hate to see that, it does sound like it would be interesting to watch. haha VERY cool...thank you for taking the time to do this! Thank you for the inspiration!
Diamondbacker
Cool idea! I think it's weird to still have that 20 ft. section of the rose bowl left. I'm sure it's gone by now. Does anyone know?
