I have been trying to tell people next years ride is a "filler" coaster much like wicked twister was a prelude to TTD.

It's funny some random guy in front of us in line for Diamondback today was talking my ear off and said the exact same thing. He liked to talk to much so I just left it at that!

Sounds like a smart man...

Man how I wish I could've been at ki today. All I did was sit and wait for the rain to go away I guess I have to wait till the 3rd. Because I am not going to miss a midnight closing day.

^^^Lol no problems. I've had this name for years but I never really post on KIC. I use it many places though.

Anyway, back on topic! I wanna keep lurking.

EDIT: Oh look. Magically appearing posts.

Say what you want. Motocoasters are awesome. 200 foot B&M jet ski? Yes please.

*gasp* maybe THAT'S B&M's next big thing! We all know that this ride won't be a prototype though.

You don't know this wont be a prototype... None of us know anything except the fact that we have footers...

Actually some of us on here do know more than others, but they won't tell. I said the same thing you said and was told the same thing.

If they won't tell, there's a good chance they don't know. Or they're misleading everyone by saying certain clues etc

Fastest, tallest, in North America....

How do they strap you in for something like this?
A restraint comes up and pushes down on your back, forcing you up against the motercycle. Other restraints hold your legs in place.

EDIT: never mind. This one looks like it has lap bars, but that is how pony express at KBF works.

If you look at the footings on the KI Project and this Intamin Moto-Coaster, you can tell it's not Intamin. It's clearly B&M. I'm about 99% sure it's B&M, but I'm not sure what kind it would be. It wouldn't be a flying, Dive, or Wing. That means it could be a floorless, giga, invert, or stand-up.

This is Tatsu's footing at SFMM. Look at the bolts and how similar the bolts for 2014 coaster are.

A floorless was mentioned some time ago but everybody was arguing giga vs invert at the time.

It's not like it matters. We will all find out eventually. Then before you know it we will be anticipating the next large addition to the park and this will be old news.

Hmmmmmmmmm heard from a friend today about the ride. He works at the park, and like I said I don't care what you guys say. A lot of people know about the ride. For instance I knew about Diamondback before it was announced and I just worked in foods. Anyhoo, I won't say what he told me, but that a lot of our guesses are RIGHT ON! Woot! You'll loose your feet over the details, if they pan out! We are a lot closer than we think!

EDIT: Further, I hope that my 2,727 posts, will have cleared me of any backlash of saying I am making things up and such. Cause Cobra don't play that way Honey Boo Boo Child.

Well I'm just saying it will be a B&M. Your right it doesn't really matter, but I would still like to come up with a good guess at what the ride is before it's announced.

My guess was that it'll be floorless simply because Cedar Point doesn't have one. I think it makes better business sense to have very little redundancy with the two big Ohio parks when it comes to thrill rides. Make people say they want to visit Kings Island AND Cedar Point. Just my two cents.

Dominator is one of my favorite rides! People always talk bad about it but I love it!

EDIT: I was just looking at a Dominator POV and it looks similar to the footers we have now. When I thought about it I thought of the first drop banking behind Slingshot and then going down into the valley from there. I don' know just a thought I had.

I want to go to cp to ride mf and ttd!

Or

I want to go to Ki to ride that there floorless.....

I have been on dominator as well as the supposed to be best floorless bizarro/medusa west/scream and that ride is a total snoozefest. Kumba was way better as a looper since it was one of the originals. That was before b&m started making forceless rides.
