Voicetek Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Wow there are quite a few spelling errors in that first paragraph. It's hard to believe this was a professional article. 1 Quote

I went on Saturday for my first time. Considering that I worked at Disney for a few months, I was quite impressed with DA Quote
BB1 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I am proud to say that I have been to two of those 4 mentioned. I remember both parks and I really did like the Dinosaur World. Quote
jdawg1998 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 King Island. *facepalm* But other than that I don't see any spelling errors ... 1 Quote
Oldiesmann Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 I was more surprised by the use of the phrase "boy howdy". I could expect that in a southern small-town newspaper, but in an article from Fox News? Also, who publishes "top 4" lists? 1 Quote
KI-ORIG-EMP Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 Maxim is the source for the article, not Fox News. Fox carried the feed from Maxim in their travel section and the typos belong to them. If someone works in the news field, can the receiving source edit the piece for typos or do they have to publish it as is? If not, it might be because of copyright issues. 3 Quote
