More than likely that the server they are hosted on my be having work done on it or encountering increased traffic. . I have servers I watch daily at work that go down at the same times due to load, also the customer is also too cheap to update ram or CPU that is needed for the traffic they encounter.

    That webcam is now only useful on Sundays. On Friday and Saturday the stairs will be filled, and on Mon-Thurs they will be empty.
