Labor Day?

So I am thinking about heading to Kings Island on Labor Day, how do you think the crowds would be on monday, would they be better on another day of the weekend?

And are you guys planning to go, when?

I'm planning to go up for a little while Sunday afternoon/evening. I haven't really been on a Sunday in quite some time. I'm hoping that the crowds won't be too terribly bad. I'm mainly just wanting to grab a few of the $1 menu items and take a ride on a few rides.

I'm sure Saturday will be INSANE! Sunday will probably be busier than a usual Sunday, I except Monday to be busy but not overly busy!

If I'm off on Monday (not likely as I haven't been off on Monday in a few months) I'll be at Stricker's Grove. Haven't been in a couple years.

Last Sunday was walk ons for most rides. (Even The Beast)

The only coaster we had to wait for was Diamandback and it was about 10 minutes around noon to 20 around 4.

We will be there Sunday.

The discounts will drive people to the park more than normal.

I'm not sure how much riding will get done on the 8th, so I'm thinking of heading to Kings Island this weekend as well.

If I go, it would probably be Friday (hoping for night rides with short waits) or Monday (for Dollar Days).

last Sunday was awesome! my fiance did 21 rides in a row on flight deck! I made it to 11 before I almost has a serious protein spill. lol

Definitely. Most everything has been and still is just station wait. Kiddie land seems packed out but I can't say for sure on that one.

Monday will be least crowded. The masses will also be at the rive tomorow preparing for fireworks all day.

Based on the webcams earlier, the park didn't look to busy. Now the webcams don't tell anything, cause the rides are closed, it's storming pretty bad at my house now. I'm hoping to go to the park soon and for some storms to clear out later, and hopefully the storms will wash away the crowds.
