Soak City, our own waterpark that boasts many amazing attractions. Reminiscing on my summer days I remember the many attractions I rode, and the best in my book, Tropical Twister. What is your personal best attraction at SC?

Rendezvous Run hands down.

I think Pineapple Pipeline is amazing. As it says in my signature, my favorite slide of the three is the orange slide. Although the center slide (teal?) is a rush as it has that steep drop, left seems to be the most intense and best for me as you constantly pick up speed in that turn/drop.

The Kings Island & Miami Valley Railroad.

I'm not really much of a waterpark person, and haven't been to Soak City at all. Although I did visit Boomerang Bay twice.....

I'd have to say, the only thing I really liked in the waterpark was Mondo Monsoon, and that isn't because it is the only good thing there, it is just that I don't really like waterparks.

^i am not a huge fan of water parks. I don't think we went there at all 2013. In 2012 we went a few times. When my daughter was younger, I have a friend that loves water that would take her to the water park while I rode rides.

I am going to GWL mostly to make my daughter extra happy. Plus it is cool to say I've been.

But other than the two 2004 additions: Tornado (Proslide) and the mat racers (horrible capacity. Really, only 4 lanes?) everything else is from like, 1989. Let's get a speed slide or a water coaster. The Great Wolf Lodge has the best slides in the area for miles.

Typhoon or Monsoon? BB1, agrees on the need of a H2O coaster, and once upon a time, prior to the BB enlightenment, we did have speed slides, where the mat racers, Coolangatta, or Rendezvous, now resides.

None of them. In my honest opinion, Soak City's slides are boring. The funnel slide (I have a mind blank to what it is called) is the only relatively thrilling slide there. Everything else is too gradual and slow. The twisting pretzel slides would be fun, but the water sprays in my eyes and feels like a fire hose is aimed straight at my face...oh, and the mat slide I hate because I feel like I'm going to fall off...

The Twisting pretzel slides are called Pineapple Pipeline. I think they are pretty underrated since they are really in the outskirts of everything else.

My favorite is Snowy River Rampage because of how long it is as well as the numerous "rapids" that bump the raft along the way.

Sorry, but Zoom Flume is an awful name. I'm not calling it that.
