PARAMOUNT'S GREAT AMERICA has just renamed their water park to

Crocodile Dundee's Boomerang Bay. Could the same be on the way for

Paramount's Kings Island Boomerang Bay???

I think that PKI will do the same thing. They have been keeping the two parks expansion pretty much the same over the last few months.

Pretty sure corporate is using the exact same names for the areas and restruants possibly stores inside the area.

My guess.... going with the Movie theme experience they are putting in everywhere else in the park chains.

I'll agree to this. It is WAY too much of a mouthful for me to say "Crocodile Dundee's Boomerang Bay." I'm going to stick with the last two words of the title, no matter what ANYONE says.

Maybe this is what the big March announcement is soley about...

i wouldnt doubt a Name Change after all Paramount Parks are going or wanting to become Movie Based Theme Parks!

While the park is changing the name to Crocodile Dundee`s Boomerang Bay, I don`t think that they will focus solely on the name. The name probably is just to tie in some of the theming and as others have said to make PKI more of a movie park.

The speils will probably be in Crocodile Dundee's voice... GREAT

I can see it now managers will be dress like Wally , security like Donk and life guards Aberidgenies .

Let's hope that PKI's BB has a better opening day than Crocodile Dundee 3 (Los Angeles). This is probably one of the worst movies of all time, and another reason that some movies should not have sequals.

Paul Hogan is probably cheaper to hire than Tom Hanks. If they can't get Mr. Hogan, there are thousands of look-a-likes in Australia that could use the money to buy beer.

I don't think the park is going to use it much. Boomerang Bay is alot easier to speel for us wiht hrroid speeling.

Is there still going to be that "big March announcement"? I've heard that while Winterfest was once planned for the end of this year, it has since been delayed, so it's not for that. Would we already be hearing about a new coaster or major attraction for 05? PKI wouldn't just announce that they added "Crocodile Dundee's" to the Boomerang Bay name. If there is going to be an announcement, any idea when the date will be? I guess they may want to announce what they're doing with the Paramount Theatre and the Nick Parade, but I don't know.

Its crocodile dundees boomarang bay for sure...because I got a Kings Island brosure today and on the fron it says CROCODILE DUNDEES BOOMARANG BAY.

I guess it's settled then...
