CoasterMyths79
I really didn't see any The Bat merch, which really upset me. All I saw was The Bat logo on a shirt that had all of the roller coasters logo's pixelated.
PKIVortex
Has anyone seen anything other than the one T-shirt with the 35th Anniversary Logo on it?

mikejenkins1
My first ride in the first year of Beast operation was with Carl. During running of bulls he said 'stick with me' We got the front seat and it was a great experience!

tuxedoman52
Who knows, if the park survives long enough, the same with The Beast. we could even see 100 years of Terror. What coasters are around that are 100 years old? Leap the Dips was built in 1912 if I'm not mistaken.
The Interpreter
That would be 1902.

noob_rider
I took my first night ride on to Beast on the 4th after the fireworks. It was the best rude I have ever had there was still smoke from the fireworks and you could smell them most of the ride which made the experience even better
TheBEASTunchained
Kings Island on Facebook : "On this day 36 years ago (July 10, 1978), construction of The Beast roller coaster began. Since its debut in 1979, The Beast has given more than 49 million rides, third-most in park history behind The Racer (99 million) and the K.I. & Miami Valley Railroad (51 million)." TheBEASTunchained
Amazing to see that The Beast looks just as good at 35, as it did at 5. The picture below, (presumably captured by Don) is by-far, hands down (or up in this case) the most beautiful photo I've ever seen of The Beast. All I can say about this photo is, Wow! @KingsIslandPR on Twitter: Photo : Don Helbig / Kings Island via Twitter For some reason, this photo just stands out to me as the BEST photo I've EVER seen of The Beast. **A special thanks to Don, or whoever from the Kings Island team that took this photo!
KIBeast
When The Beast opened, I was big enough to ride, but too terrified. The Racer scared me enough as it is. After two years of not riding it, my mom talked me into it. Funny thing is, my grandfather rode it before I did. He seemed to like it. I'm sure it was like nothing he had ever seen or been on, being a WWII vet.(God rest his soul)
