2014 Incidents

Doing a school project. Trying to remember all the amusement park incidents that happened altogether in 2014.

There was Ninja at SFMM, Skyhawk at CP, Colossus burning? So many more, right? I just can't compile them all off the top of my head. If you think of anything, add to the list. Thanks!

Edit - Actually, now that I look at it, the site has done a horrendous job of staying updated, versus how frequently new stories were added in years past.

Cedar Point had 3 that made the news this year. The water main break, employee fight and the Skyhawk cable snap.

And don't forget the multiple times Banshee made the news for being stuck on the lift hill!

KI's Flight of Fear caught fire as well.

Joker's Jinx at Six Flags America, not to be outdone, stranded riders for hours. The park spokesperson claimed a safety system shut down the ride (between blocks--really?)

Then, a parking lot brawl during Fright Fest involved approximately 200. Three guests were injured, one critically. It turned out that last had reportedly been banned from all Six Flags parks.
