treyoshi
I am currently planning a trip to Kings Island and some of the folks going with me might only be able to go on Sundays. They have the impression from past trips (but don't recall what time of year) that Sunday is a quiet day in the park. Is that a generally true statement even in July or August? I know folks have said that Sundays in October are slower b/c most people are coming to Friday and Saturday night activities. Thanks for any thoughts, sorry if I put this in the wrong forum.
The Interpreter
From opening until about 12:30, Sundays are typically slow. As always, much depends on weather. And Welcome! [This member is no longer active. (?)]
silver2005
Going from my experience working at the park back in the day (I've pretty much never been on a Sunday otherwise), Sundays are kind of like Saturdays, but way more unpredictable in terms of crowds. There were some Sundays I grabbed a ride or 2 after work, others where I wouldn't even try.
flightoffear1996
Just all depends. Its nearly impossible to predict the crowds. If your worried about waiting in line stash the extra money and buy a fast pass when you get to the park based on the crowds. I find though on my two must rides (Banshee and Diamondback) the capcity is great and even on crowed days the line doesnt seem to get over 30-45 minutes.
