Thinking about going to Kings Island on memorial day and wondering how crowded it typically is.  Does anyone know?

Usually very crowded. That and the 4th of July are the only days I avoid it. Granted, some of this is weather dependent.

It will probably be very crowded because its gonna be nice out and might be the start of summer break for some kids

A month out and you know what the weather is going to be?   Are you married to Mother Nature or something?

Typically its on the crowded side barring bad weather, mostly due to Soak City's opening.  

4th of July, on the other hand, hasn't been too bad in recent years.  

Thanks for the advice!  It's going to be the only day in the next month or so I can go so I may try it out.

We went up to The Wilds in Zanesville Ohio years ago memorial day weekend and we had to pass the park on our way up North. Traffic stretched all the way back to the highway. Granted this was in 2011.

No, I just know from past expirance that the weather is nice and sunny

Ah, I see, the Historical Pattern Model.    It rained last Friday night at KI, so this Friday night I should expect rain as well.

Can you suggest any other nice and sunny dates in June or maybe July?   Also I think it would be really cool to attend Winterfest if there is snow on the ground.  Which weekend would be best for that?

I will say that 4th of July when its rainy is a great day to visit.
