Pez
The top of the Eiffel Tower was lit up in an undulating green this evening, presumably for St. Patrick's day. I haven't seen these lights before. Are the lights new or just something they don't use that often?
CoastersRZ
They added those lights during Haunt last year.
Pez
Thanks. I guess I didn't notice them behind the Haunt eyes and Winterfest lights. I enjoyed the podcast by the way.
BlondyRidesOn
Those lights have been there for a while. The Eiffel Tower at Kings Dominion has a similar light package on its cupola. I also noticed that the pulley systems used to hold the stars in place at the top during Winterfest are still there. I wonder if they're going to leave them for quick installation each winter.
BoddaH1994
Those lights are actually on the observation decks. As stated, they were installed late last season. Dominion does have something similar. I think they intended to use them for WF, but it was an 11th hour decision not to (and probably the right decision). I liked Dominion’s, so I’m happy about this.

KImom
That's really cool! I hope they play around with lighting this season, might brighten up the area at night a little bit.
