fear fest or night of fire

Featured Replies

You cant even compare them..........One is a Full out Attraction......the other, Big shiny sparkly things in the sky.........shiny........oooo pretty lights

If you want to actually get to ride any rides, I would go during the Fearfest. Night of Fire, the park is crazy and overly packed (it being fourth of july and all) whereas Fearfest lasts longer and thus there are actually days when there are few people in the park.

In My opinion Night of Fire was my first trip to PKI ever. No matter how many times I go nothing can compare to that. At 10:00 PM There was a sever thunder storm warning out and many people didn't think the fire works would go off for the second night in a row, but I new PKI would pull it off somehow and they did.

With the most lighting I have ever seen I thought it would not happen. ohmy.gif But then one fireworks goes off and then another and everyone in that park went crazy. If that is not a good time what is? biggrin.gif

Yeah I Remember that We had a Really BAD Thunder Strom I was at the Dayton Inventing Flight Thing and Was waiting for the Fire Works thats why Didnt go Nights Of Fire Last year.

fireworks make for a better date....haunted housed are sweet...depends on who your with...

I say Nights of Fire b/c every time I went to Fearfest last season, it was TOTALLY CROWDED!

I`ve only been to Nights of Fire once, in 2002 when they shot off fireworks from two locations in addition to shooting them off of the Eiffel Tower. When we went, we stayed in the parking lot, because there were a TON of people and cars were parked in the deep South lot. Cars were coming in fifteen minutes before the fireworks like the park had just opened on a Saturday! I would choose FearFest over Nights of Fire, simply because the park won`t be insanely crowded. Plus, the haunted attractions are quite fun too!

I said night of fire, just because fireworks are cool, and scary things scare me. I don't like to be scared, I'd rather be dazzled. My only comment; don't go during the day. It is so crowded, you can't even walk on international street without waiting in a line.
