EEOC Moves To Address Cedar Point Dormatory Housing Discrimination--One Party Reached Settlement

Updating legal issues involving Cedar Point provided employee housing and age discrimination targeting older employees, who were told CF policies indicated they were not eligible for housing, are progressing.  One of the three known parties to the suite is reported to have reached an as of yet undisclosed settlement with FUN.
