King Bowser Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 Ok,Every Paramount Fanboy or girl knows Paramount has dipped the Tomb Raider rights one 2 many times now paramount has made a movie based off of the MTV animated series Aeon Flux the movie stars Charlize Theron so my question is do you all think Aeon Flux would make a good ride what kinda ride do you guys think this would be a rollercoaster perhaps? or a dark ride like Tomb Raider let me hear your ideas because I think a Aeon Flux ride would rule. Scooter4Ever Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 I doubt we'll see anything themed to Aeon Flux. The cartoon was filled with excessive violence and sex. And while I am sure the movie won't be anywhere close to the cartoon, it's always a risk to theme an attraction to a new movie. If it bombs you have a ride that reminds people of a really bad movie. Thank God there was no Catwoman:The Ride! Even Universal stopped plans for a Van Helsig ride after that movie did not perform well last summer. It is much safer to make attractions to tested and proven characters/movies. Adams Family lives on reruns on cable. The Italian Job was a steady performer at the box office but did even better on DVD. I would say an attraction themed to Mean Girls is ten times more likely than Aeon Flux.

Scooby_Doo Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 I dont know if any of you knew this or not but Van Helsing was suppose get an ''Island'' at IOA it was going to go in between Jurassic Park & the Lost Continent which is a bummer because that would have been so cool.
