Robert_Waring
Since I heard that they're gutting the park of Hanna Barbara to make room for the Viacom property Nickelodeon, I had to get over there today and take a few photos. So I braved the cold, filled my car with gas and drove over from Indy. I just posted the photos if you care to view them. The Headless Horseman haunted trail was pretty cool. I did that one tonight. As someone who grew up with the Hanna Barbara cartoons it is sad to see them go, but I understand the park must do this in order to survive. It was a chance for me to say goodbye to my pals before it was too late. Oh, and Delirium still wasn't running.. wasn't running when I visited in June or today.. That's one of the few things at the park I've never had a chance to ride.. WAH! Italian job didn't open until the afternoon. Everything else was super groovy. One of the gift shops had a 50% off sale, so I got me a stuffed Quick Draw McGraw toy, a Scooby Doo coffee mug and a few T-shirts. It was a great day at the park. I hope you all can make it to the park before it closes for the year.. Only 3 days left.
Scooby_Doo
Awsome pictures while PKI is giving the characters the boot you can still go to Six Flags and Universal and see most HB characters walking around.

King Bowser
Yeah it's sad to see HBL go but have you all forgotten the walk-arounds left the park in 2002 all that remains are the rides themed to HB chracters.
CoastersRZ
Just a minor update. The Animation Station in HB Land is closed, so Jasper081691 you will have to go to the main shop on International Street (the Emporium) to get any HB merchandise they may have. Animation Station is closed because of Winterfest preparations. Apparantly that is going to be used as Santa`s House for Winterfest.
