Yep, its located at Lotteworld, in Seoul, South Korea. The ride is originally named as "Gyro Drop" and stands 70m tall, or 229 feet tall. Compared to Drop Zone which stands 314 feet tall. Although, you actually drop from a height of 264 feet on Drop Zone.

Also notice the park in 1999 didn't open till April 17th 1999 which is the 3rd Weekend that year. The Park also opens the 3rd Weekend of April this year.

Half truth -- you have a 264ft drop, which I believe is drop height to stopping brakes. Can anyone verify?
