  1. And to that argument, some would say Magnum is the best steel coaster in the world. It's all about opinions. If you don't like their opinions, don't read.

  2. I wonder if I bought enough advertising for my Roller Coaster Tycoon park with Amusement Today if I could get an award? Chances are very likely I could.

  3. Kings Island has a wonderful kids area as well as Cedar Point, Dollywood and Universal Studios to just name a few. The thing is I have never thought a great Kids area had to do so much with rides as it does for the whole experience to include entertainment, staff interaction and friendliness.. I guess it is up to each family to decide what they like in a family area. Kings Island should be proud of their Kids area and should advertise how great it is. I just do not need a Golden Ticket Award to tell me it is as in my opinion it means little. So CodyDL are you saying Holiday World is a better park than Kings Island with 3 wooden coasters 3 water rides, 1 dark ride other flats and shows? Just sayin, I do not think anyone is questioning Kings Islands Kids area being a world class attraction area. but rather who is deciding it and how they are doing it.

  6. I will likely be at the park on Saturday, and then again on Sunday with a very good friend, for P&G day...

  7. The posts that are finger pointing to the park's own employees aren't a happy note. From the behavior of KI employees, that would have never entered my mind. I never went to a Six Flags to see it for myself, I never felt the need to go, and now, probably will never feel the need in the future. Kings Island PR blocks a user if they report a theft on his fb page. Doesn't just remove the posts, doesn't contact the user with any explanation, like, "Our security is working to alleviate this scenario, I'm sorry this happened, but i'm simply going to have to remove this nonhappy post." Just blocks, without thinking the FB poster has friends and family members that can still post. It's not a kick in the teeth, more like a wiggling of opened toed socked feet in one's face, but still, there's the wiggle.
