  1. So has it been confirmed that KI is going to live stream the announcement? If they do, what are the chances their site crashes?
  2. Color blind? Like they can't even see that your avatar is white?
  3. I thought I saw numbers, but even I admit it's more likely it's like one of those psychologists test where they hold up a picture and everybody sees something different or maybe what they want to see. haha I'm sure as heck wanting to see a 198 lift hill! More likely is a 98 lift hill..
  4. Haha! Did you see the 198? I can't un-see it now, but not sure I would have seen it in the first place had someone not posted that it was a 198. It could even be a 98 with a little stick in front of it.
  5. .....or construction workers going to have to fight off giant gophers to get started.
  6. Nice! Both numbers look like 198 to me. Maybe there IS something to it.
  7. Ah HA....so maybe it WAS the number 198 I saw lurking in the top right corner of that teaser pic. Interesting. Is this where you saw the 198? Is there another number to the right of that where I have circled?
  8. Ah HA....so maybe it WAS the number 198 I saw lurking in the top right corner of that teaser pic. Interesting. Wow....and the current world record is 197. Something to think about. Cool your jets presto!
  9. Don't want to get anybody's hopes up as I still think more likely this is a medium size coaster, but if the coaster did hit 200 ft, it would be the tallest wood coaster in the world. I started that other thread entitled: Why Hasn't Anybody Built A Wooden Hypercoaster Yet?
  10. Thanks for the detective work. A tall lift hill is one of my main "wants". I can only hope. Also, does Terp have access to inside info that none of us have? Just asking as I am new to this board. Forgive my ignorance...
  11. Hey guys. I was around while Banshee was being constructed. Ever since I've just been lurking and have shared a couple videos with the KIC Twitter. Anyway, the table he was referring to was a blueprint table. Here's a photo of them at it. Sorry for the poor quality/shot. Where is this area? Is it close to where we expect the coaster station to go?
  12. I for one hope that silver2005 doesn't drop out of this conversation. He is a very knowledgeable poster. I only called him out because I thought he was a bit overbearing. Maybe a lot of us were. We're all here for the same thing......because we are excited for the new project. Carry on
  13. Well exactly. Like I said, I think the blueprints are legit, but I'm sure not going to berate somebody for dreaming big. If they state it as fact then yeah. Maybe we have had a few posts here and there like that. Didn't bother me. I posted a pic of a coaster going over water because I'm pretty sure it relates to what this one will do. Didn't know the internet police would be out. I've not even made a prediction for this coaster(other than a name guess), so nobody can call me out for that stuff. By the way: I want to thank everybody who has taken the time to take pics from the park and post them here. Bravo!!!!
  14. You are telling people "dream on" with their predictions. If somebody doesn't believe those are the blueprints then that's their prerogative. I personally feel they are legit, but KI hasn't confirmed it so you have no right to berate others predictions IMO.
  15. As for the photo I quoted a few pages back that apparently prompted this comment: I quoted a single photo from a post with two photos, that was several posts up the page, and added a comment that would make a lot of people go back up to look at it. Hence, I felt it was reasonable to quote it once for easy reference. The subsequent discussion, however, continued to include the photo in the quote, and that was probably unnecessary. I think it was my post that created that comment. I went to editor and deleted the two pictures and left my comment. Maybe it was both of us?
  16. ....and you tell other people to calm down? I respect your opinion, but it's coming off as "holier than thou". You know nothing more than anybody else and just because some people don't agree with your CGI prediction( I personally have no opinion on coaster type), you don't have to take it personally. If people want to make predictions or even speculate on coaster types that aren't likely to happen, I am happy to read them because NOBODY KNOWS at this point. Maybe not by the "supposed" blueprints, but nobody from KI has confirmed those so everything is still possible.
  17. If it is GCI, it won't be by much. I just looked at all the coasters they have built and they never go above about 103 or so. Doesn't mean it couldn't be good, but I would prefer more of a monster first hill. Something in the 150 range would be awesome. Unless GCI changes their ways, I don't see that from them. See Viper. 160ft tall, 5,111 ft long.Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk Guess I overlooked that one. Thanks! That must be the exception to the rule though. Not the only exception. See Wodan Timbur Coaster at Europa Park and Wood Coaster at Knight Valley. http://rcdb.com/10018.htm http://rcdb.com/9039.htm So they only build tall coasters in other countries. haha!

  19. If it is GCI, it won't be by much. I just looked at all the coasters they have built and they never go above about 103 or so. A lot of their coasters are only around 85 even. Doesn't mean it couldn't be good, but I would prefer more of a monster first hill. Something in the 150 range would be awesome. Unless GCI changes their ways, I don't see that from them.
  20. Any recent pictures or sightings of clearing where the coaster would go over the water? In the middle of the pond. Everything still pointing to that layout?
  21. We are reading your posts. The posts are not coming so quickly that nobody can keep up. IMO pictures of coasters going over water apply to this thread. I do appreciate your pictures big time. Thanks!
  22. That does apply to this thread. The water part of the ride will be probably the most scenic part and is the area of work on the blueprints. Very little going on in here right now anyway.
  23. That looks so awesome. Pretty highly rated coaster as well. Hope to visit Busch Gardens at some point.
