The Livestream page now has a countdown clock on it. 5 hours 38 minutes to go! (until stream starts that is...)

Any suggestion like this just forgets about the fact that they filed coaster blueprints with the city.

I've seen dive coaster talked about here as well.

As good as the antique cars were, bringing them back would not be considered a major announcement. It's a low thrill kid ride basically. There are going to be a lot of disappointed people leaving there tonight if that is the case. Also, I really doubt Don or anybody else from KI has time to read every one of the 305 pages of this thread. Not saying he didn't say that, but take it with a grain of salt.

Kodiak is mine. Sasquatch is as well. I'm just hoping somebody on here guessed the name. There have been a lot of good ones. I agree, that would be awesome. But I have the feeling we will all be in for a shock tomorrow! Nothing could shock me more than if they tie this coaster into Son of Beast. ha!

No it won't. You still have about a 50/50 chance like the rest of us. You have made a lot of good points in this thread, but I don't think you have any inside info.

I get that feeling as well, but every time I look at those blueprints it doesn't seem to jive with this being record breaking.(although I did predict record breaking height....198 ft.) We'll find out soon enough...

There is no way every single one of these clues will make perfect sense once they announce the name. They are too random. I think they are stretching on some of the clues.

Ironically all those terms seem to tie into a 2008 movie called The Ruins that was distributed by Paramount pictures of all companies. People were manipulated and attacked by killer vines in Mayan jungles I believe. That camo cover is all too familiar, here is a video from YouTube of the Son of Beast announcement in 1999. Skip to the 5 minute mark in the video. OMG. There is no way in **** they are tying this coaster into SOB. I just can't see it with SOB reputation.

I was going to drop out of this thread, but I think I'm safe. KI has done a fabulous job keeping a lid on this thing. I don't see it leaking at this point. They must have learned a few lessons with the Banshee construction.

I've wondered about this since I was a kid. We always had to travel 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get to the park and could make it once a year at most. We used to wonder what it would be like to live close by. I used to get so depressed leaving the parking lot, but that would be a lot different for someone living in close proximity. Seems like living close enough to the park that you could stop by often would take a little excitement out after a while. It would still be fun, but maybe not quite that magical feeling that I always experience. I mean, me and my friend used to count down the days months in advance when we were kids. Thoughts?

I thought about that too, but very few people think Indian when they think Sasquatch or Bigfoot.
