Dollywood is a really great park and I think I have seen some kind of concept art floating around on the internet some where. Anyway it looks pretty sweet and should be a blast.

Actually I was next to the concert when that was going on. I saw a bunch of people hop over the fence but I didn't see or hear a gun.

I am 100% sure I heard that nothing over 20 million will be added and whatever Paramount had planned for the 2007 year is what they will be going with.

Everyone is saying the big coaster is coming to PKI but have you ever taken the time to think about this. Cedar Point is still really close to Kings Island and maybe Cedar Fair would want the to parks to be different so people will visit them both. (Keep one for family oreinted things and the other for thrill rides) I doubt that it would happen since KI has alot of land to expand on but its an idea. Also remember when they bough Six Flags Ohio a few years back and they have yet to add a thrill ride or coster there.

I think this could be a good thing because we will be able hopefully to get a Kings Island and Cedar Point add on pass. For Kings Island I think we may see more family rides here but with more money poured into them. Cedar Fair may want the two parks in Ohio to comepete still. I also look for Cedar Fair to expand the park into some of the other wooded areas.

I wonder for those of us that bought Winter Fest tickets and they decide not to do if they will give refunds.

First off they said no rides over 20 million will be installed and what ever the paramoun tplans were is what they will be followng. what color was the track?

-They intend to keep all 5 Paramount Parks operational -After this, it is unlikely that they will purchase any of the Six Flags parks that are for sale -The Nickelodeon license extends for 3 more years and they have the option to extend it to the existing Cedar Fair parks -Management issues for the individual parks have yet to be addressed (or at least made public...) -Paramount contracts are being reviewed in regards to the movie and television licensing. No word yet on whether they will have to retheme or not. -The Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas is included in the deal -There are 939 acres of undeveloped land between the Paramount Parks that can be used for expansion (80 acres at Canada's Wonderland and several hundred at Kings Island; no specifics given on the other 3 parks)

Yea I think they did get the Start Trek thing so i think the Paramount themeing is here to stay or at least for now anyway.

It is still rough but not so rough you can't ride it.

They could put a coaster back there and start the line some where back in river town but I really doubt that it is anything.
