  1. Yes. Terp -- who does what he is asked. Sometimes.
  2. Deal reached. So says USAToday Breaking News email.
  3. ...and all that new seating!
  4. What's new at Kentucky Kingdom for 2016: http://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/local/2016/04/28/kentucky-kingdom-new-2016/83638128/ "Louie's Fresh Market?" Someone not do a trademark search? $59.99 season passes through June 7.
  5. Many rattles are wheel choices (durable lasts longer but not as smooth, cost) and train maintenance issues.
  6. "And miles to go before I sleep." :not an off-topic post:
  7. Given that I'm currently working for $1.19 an hour, net... Oh, wait. Sunday I get a raise. Since I'm not going to San Francisco, I'll be making $2.19 an hour net. I doubt Cedar Fair would tolerate my kaleidoscope of ever-changing careers and positions, though. Terp -- always tell the truth--people will never believe you. Speaking of which, I'm not going to San Francisco primarily because of shoes, Uncle Fester, stairs and DingALing, despite being a 'rockstar.' True that.
  8. Uh...Alphabet was formerly known as Google. It's formally known as Alphabet, not Google. Don't be rediculous and loose grammer. EDIT: When you go back and edit a post after something is pointed out, it is customary to indicate you did and to acknowledge why...
  9. Or, at least some of the games are games of chance, not of skill, and therefore should be considered gamb---er---games in Ohio. Terp, who doesn't understand why some things continue for years, others are immediately--uh--shut down.
  10. Oh, the stories Jack Falfas could tell!
  11. Does it have fake restrooms now? Terp -- who likes to ask questions.
  12. But they likely won't be tellin'.
  13. And yet Six Flags thrives. See also Dollywood, Holiday World...Cedar Point, even.
  14. One reason the park is open Friday is many have no school Friday. Minors in school have limited hours they can work school days. And the restaurants around you are not for the most part seasonal. Staffing while school is in is a nightmare for amusement parks.
  15. And who is going to staff the park?
  16. Several years ago, I would have agreed...
  17. Really? And who do you think owns the Universal theme parks?
  18. Word in legal circles is the park has decided not to sell water park passes at this time. Those who paid for a water park pass or combo pass will receive a refund. While the water park is "phased in," all day water park passes will be sold for $5. Amusement park season passes are on sale for $49.99. Interpret this as ye will.

  20. 2022? No. Just no. Terp, who is seldom so transparent.
