Wrong... You'll never see a steel coaster at PKI run at 32 degrees. Wood coasters have a higher tolerance for cold weather but I'm not sure on what their temp range is. its only due to the steel on the tracks, the wooden coasters would still be a little brittle, but big steel, it gets mighty brittle at bout the freezing temp, actually, at like 18 degrees, and actually it is because it gets harder and has no "give" in it. think this way, if its warm, then its softer, and therefore absorbs some of the stress, but if it is soo hard cold and brittle, then it can simply snap! its terrifying! yes, it was another class, Methods and Processes in Manufacturing, which has a large portion of Metal Strengths and weaknesses.

oh my god, pay attention. as far as my physics lesson goes, the wheels and induction for the launch will cause the train to go at the same initial velocity, so that is really no problem, and i bet after the first hill, if it rests and just gets "tapped off" then it will still make it through the rest, but not nearly as thrilling as going high speeds in a minicooper. as someone put it... "its a cool wild mouse coaster"

Just because Vortex Flips you 6 times does not mean it is the best. Dont get me wrong, I Love Vortex! but I would rather Ride Flight of Fear. but my favorite ride at Kings Island is not even a coaster, but Delirium. Delirium and Tomb Raider, Wow! --- Delirium/TRTR Racer/FoF/Vortex/Beast Face\Off/Top*Gun/Drop-Zone Congo/Beastie/Reptar/SDATHC/Troika/Monster/Scrambler/AE/Flume/WWC Carousel/SoB/Dodgems/AxT/ScoobyGC/KIMVRR/Ship/Tower and im pretty sure IJST might be in my "2" category, "1" being best, but 2 being great, 3 pretty good, 2 its descent, 4 is either OW! or Yawn!

Delirium Performs a 240 degree pendulum swing, it is excellent, and is the way you get the airtime thrills on it, if it went all the way around, like SFStL's Excalibur, man, we would be in a world of hurt... it isnt even fun i hear...
