You can also go to the park and watch most rides for yourself to get an idea of what kind of ride it is or if it goes up side down.

You said in another post that you rode beastie and that is it. IJ:ST is like beastie, just a tad more intense. I've mentioned on another post and that I dont care for intense rides, but i rode IJ:ST. I also rode FOF. To be, both dont see too intense. FOF has sharp turns and quick elevation changes and that is why it is ranked a 5. But I think IJ:ST is a good coaster to start with if you dont like coasters.

Sounds like to me he did read it. Did you? He just told you that TR:TR hangs you upside for about 10 sec, you dont like going upside down. He is warning you. The Beast does not go upside down, but is in tense. He was making a joke. Maybe you didnt read his post correctly?

Ahh. when i rode it, all the effects were working except for the fishtailing and bumping.

is that why it always reminded me of sea world or something? lol

I think TR:TR is much more intense then FOF, but thats just me. The only intense thing abotu FOF is the launch and it does go upside down, but only the 1st loop and the corkscrew are the only times you know your upside down. I hate going up side on coasters, but I only ride FOF b/c you cant tell your upside down.

Actually, here is all it says: Paramount's Kings Island: 1993 – The park becomes Paramount’s Kings Island. A suspended roller coaster, to be named Thunder Road by the former owners, is added and named Top Gun, beginning Paramount’s trend of naming most major new rides after one of their movies or television shows. Top Gun is located in what was once part of the Wild Animal Habitat and has the longest queue in the park. The Wild Animal Habitat & Monorail are closed at the end of the season.
