No one here is trying to say why the ghosts are present. we are just stating our opions on rather or not KI is haunted and to also share our experiences. What you said make sense and could be why Tower Johnny and that little girl hangs around. Who knows. But i dont think they should shut this post down. It was been going forever and appreantly, a lot of people likes to talk on here and share their experience. Who said anything about them haunting where they are burried anyway??? Again, we are just sharing our opions and what may have happened (rather it be true or not, still fun to read )

Here is what was said "MASON, Ohio (AP) - Plans for a 100 (m) million-dollar family resort and entertainment complex have been announced by Paramount's Kings Island and Great Wolf Resorts. The Great Wolf Lodge resort will be on land located on the north side of the amusement park near Cincinnati. The 39 acres now are used as camp ground. Great Wolf C-E-O John Emory says the complex will include a four-story, 404-suite resort, a 75-thousand-square-foot indoor water park, a conference center, family restaurants, large arcade, gift shop, spa, fitness center and outdoor recreation area. He expects it to open by late 2006. Kings Island's marketing communications manager, Jeff Siebert, says shuttles and trams will transport vacationers from the lodge to the park. " www.wkrc.com

This morning on Channel 12, it was made public that KI is getting a hotel/resort with an indoor water park. Will not be open until late 2006.

Yea, that barn you were talking about is acutally an old house that KI now uses as storage. Some say there are files in it, what securtiy picked up thru out the years, or even some old ride parts. That baseball field belongs to KI too. Its private property with signs everywhere (including on the house) that says no traspassing. I'm guessing if you are cought on it, Mason Cops will ask you to leave???

when you are trying to check to see if a kid is tall enough, the parents keep telling the kid to stand on their tippy toes or the parents just ignore you and say that the kids will be fine as they walk by

You can see it from the street on Kings Island Drive going past Kings Island towards McD's. Its small, and has a woodend fence around it. Not to far from the rd or the parking lot. Easy to miss though if you paying attention.

not really sure what kind of cementary it is. Its a small one and I'm guessing it was there before Kings Island was ever built. Does anyone know where to go to try find records on it??

You might be a PKI addict if...you hold a moment of slince when a ride is removed.

Last I heard, KI will be open all weekend. They wont keep it close down for storms, but for cold weather, they will. IF anything, depending how late it is and how bad its storming, they may close it down early. They normally wont close the park early unless it has only an hour left and no chance of the wetather clearing up. And yes, the park has closed early before due to weather and storms. It happens almost every year in the spring and fall at least once.

It doesnt help when its Que is sort of behind Paramount Theater. You have to walk next to congo falls to get to it too. So, many people (esp new ones) wont know how to get to it.

You might be a PKI addict if you...still go out with people from KI, but no longer work there, just to hear their stories and picture yourself still working there (I know, im a PKI Dork )

Yea, but people go up there for the rides. nothing else. they might play a game or two, but in the end KI would lose more money
