FOF/Z 4-ever

Whats wrong with talking about it? We do it a lot, usually whenever they can on the weekends. We get complimented on it more than anyone else usually, last friday you could hear the screams from the people in the que all the way from flume. Even one of the sups from IJ complimented us on how much he enjoyed it. I noticed The Beast crew doing this years before I worked there and rarely ever see any other crews do it, especially last year, last year I had a few friends who worked on Beast and power hour was awesome. Its not recognized mostly because of the legendary ride, but because Beast crew was primarily known for it first. No one ever said we were better or that other crews were worse. Just because you dont see other crews doing it does not mean that they dont do "power hours". The reason why someone said you dont have to come on here and say something about how beast is known for that is b/c you are bragging about it. I mentioned earlier how we used to do it every night when I worked there at FOF. But for some reason, beast is the only ride/crew that comes on here and tries to make them look better. We are all equal and we all work at the same park and have the same bosses. IJST prob said something, prob b/c they are in your AREA and can hear you guys and was wondering what was going on or he was one of YOUR friends!

That happens to me on the Lazy River. Sometimes, I just dont want to get up just because it is very very relaxful. Especially after a stressful day!

Thats why you should always check PKI's website to see if they are open or not anytime you plan to go to the park.

I hate it when we are not able to get them in. I feel so bad and then the whole station starts yelling at the OPs and we just feel worse. We cant help it if they cant fit. Sorry.

How about when you are trying to check the train and each time you stand up, some guest behind you in the gates keeps hitting you in the head w/ their giant stuff whatever (monkey, bear, etc..) rather they mean to or not.

You mean the ones that you see as you leave the station?

It's mostly where the crew for the last hour gets the crowd in the station going crazy and send out the trains as fast as they can. Everyone enjoys it. You might want to visit the Old Coney area. They do "Power Hour" too you know.

What do you think the most themed ride in PKI is? Is is what I think 1. IJ:ST (even though have not yet seen it, but from what I hear and saw on the web) 2. TR:TR 3. FOF 4. Top Gun

Most people enjoy it and its a lot of fun. I know the only reason why I left KI was because school forces me to CO-OP. If I didnt have to, then I would still be there today which would be a total of SIX years! I even tried to CO-OP at PKI, but they only took CO-OPs for the advertising department. Anywoo, its just a lot of fun and I enjoyed the environment of the employess, the park, and especially the guest (the ones that werent being rude). I must say, just seeing the smile on the kids faces as the go around on zephyr or on Tiques or on Dodgems, and even in HB, that made my day! And that is why I stayed and miss it so much! It was my best job yet and I would never trade that experience for anything. I just wish I could go back. Maybe after school? Anyway, that is why some people think its the best job. I say some because not all employees wants to be there, but just for a paycheck and those are the ones you mostly have a problem with.

Okay, i thought of another one and I am seriously considering doing this. You might be a PKI addict if you...put an abbreavation of your fav ride on your car's license plate (IE: FOF; SOB GUN; IJST; etc..)

My guess is like any other ride, it broke down for now appreant reason. If it was in 2000, then they had bugs to work out just like TR:TR.

Yea, that barn you were talking about is acutally an old house that KI now uses as storage. Some say there are files in it, what securtiy picked up thru out the years, or even some old ride parts. That baseball field belongs to KI too. Its private property with signs everywhere (including on the house) that says no traspassing. I'm guessing if you are cought on it, Mason Cops will ask you to leave??? I'll tell you whats in there, its the old parts to phantom theatre. They basically took all the theming out of phantom theatre and put it in there. It has everything, the characters, the "boiler" that shot hot air at you at the end of the ride, the cannon great garbonzo got shot out of, the opera singing lady, all are still there. Although some of the character's latex (or whatever it is) used to make their faces is passing its life expectancy, and does not hold on any longer, making it look real creepy like the face is melting away, exposing the robotics underneath. Anyway whats inside the schoolhouse is kinda like a phantom theatre museum of sorts. I have been with KI for the past 4 yrs (old Coney). i know they keep old rides in storage in that house, but before PT, what was there? That house has been there for a long time and AT has been gone for at least 3 yrs??? Just wondering...

I cant remember if they did or not. I want to say yes, but dont quote me on that
