I love it! It's my third favorite ride there. 2nd being The Beast and 1st being Diamondback. It may be short but it packs quite a punch. Two things usually happen to me while I'm riding it. One is; after riding my legs feel very sitff and tight. That's the only way I can describe it. The other thing that happens to me is during the boomerang everything just seems like a blur around me. Does anyone know why these things happen?

I have only ridden the ones at Kings Island. I have never been to another amusement park because I can't afford to travel and don't really have enough time on my scehdule.

I hate helixes except the one of The Best I mean Beast. SOB does not need another helix. I hate that rose bowl!

I just cant wait until they fix this problem remove the loop (no different than any other loop IMO) and make the coaster more smooth.

I have always wondered what would happen if a wheel broke when Vortex is going through an inversion or any other part of the track. I know its kinda of a dumb question but I have always been curious and it has been driving me crazy!

That was the only smooth part. Now if they take it out it will just be a rough wooden hyper coaster.

I was informed by Mr. Kings Island today that he is going to take down SOB himself with his bare hands.

It would turn me on a little bit if we got X-Flight.

I know what they are doing: KI is taking out FOF and putting a Vekoma SLC.

I just hope we get a new thrill ride next year. I dont give a crap about GL because I dont go there all I care about is getting a new thrilling ride!

Nice Trip Report!

I went on the 26th and it was really rainy and cold. At first we could not find it. We had to park in a parking garage and walk a few blocks. We got down there and handed the ticket lady our coupons. We got 8 dollars off. I had to use the restroom first. We got on the boat where we got our picture taken. Then a creepy sailor asked for our tickets. We handed him the ticket and waited in line. After a few mintues we got up to this creepy greeter in amazing make-up. Not long after he blew a whisleand we went it. I got to admit it was really intense! We then saw the infamous rat lady. Then one actor yelled, "hey everybody we got a guy with a mohawk coming though!!!!" (I have a mohawk). Then we went through then alot of actors followed me. Then we had to pick our path. I thought that was a really nice treat! Then we went it to the darkness and could not see a thing. I put my hand in front of my face and I could not see it! An actor had a light and he flashed right in front of my face. Then we went through a really cool Vortex. Then a ball pit which was really awesome. We confronted a lady with a cut off hand and she was waving at us with it. We confronted another lady that said "tell my cousin to stop playing with that chainsaw!". We went through a jungle and the song "Welcome to the Jungle" was playing except it was not Guns N Roses. After that was an amazing chainsaw chaseout! This is far better than Land Of Illusion. I thought I would never say that! Props: 10 Acting: 10 Scariness: 10 Scenary: 10 Overall rating: 10 There were tons of actors and no dead spots! This is a haunt that you should NOT miss!

Has anyone been to the Befford Haunted School near Middletown I think? Is it scary?
