Canada's Wonderland website has 2008 passes on sale but there is no Maxx Pass or Maxx Pass Plus pass is this going to change? I hope they keep or bring back the Maxx Pass and Maxx Pass Plus passes.

Fear Fest has always been free to season pass holders. Cedar Point doesn't charge for there Halloween event. Why should you have to pay extra for KI Fear Fest? They should have stated this at the beginning of the season or last season when you bought season passes. It's not fair to start charging extra for something that has always been free.

I noticed on Canada's Wonderland Website that they are selling season passes for 2008. They only have regular passes however. Are they going to add the Maxx Pass and Maxx Pass Plus for next season?

I think they should keep things the way they are now. Offer regular passes for 1 park, Maxx Pass, and Maxx Pass Plus. Offer All Ohio Parking and have the option for all parks, and one park parking. They need to offer a variety of options because not every person is an enthusist. Has Six Flags stated selling their passes yet for 2008?

Why aren't they selling season passes in the Fall like usual? I bought my pass at KI last year. I want it at Cedar Point this year because theirs have a picture and I don't like having to sign in every time? Why isn't Geauga Lake selling season passes yet? They close in 3 weeks. I don't like the sound of this. Sell early because not every one has a computer and some people didn't buy one last year so they should sell them at the park before they close for the season. I hope they clear things up soon.

I like the way the passes are this year. I purchased a Maxx Pass Plus last Fall at Kings Island because they offered free parking and I bought parking vouchers for Geauga Lake and Cedar Point which I had to return and get reimbursed for by the parks because they went to All Ohio Pass which I am glad of. I hope they do this for 2008. I wish they would institute Gold Pass perks at all the parks not just KI. I hope that they offer a variety of options for season passes like they did last season.

I live in Cleveland, Ohio it's about a 4 hour drive.

Don't make up rumors that SOB is moving if you don't have any facts to back it up.

I would sell Star Trek and Gilroy Gardens first then the least profitable amusement parks in the chain.

I'm glad to hear Son of Beast will be reopening in a few days. It's my favorite coaster and one of the reasons I visit KI. I also love The Beast and I like the other coasters. I hope whatever is wrong with Sonny they get it fixed soon and it stays fixed this time. I got 10 rides on it when it was open for the 8 day span and it was great, smooth, and very fast. The improvements make up for the loss of the loop.

I liked all of the shows when I visited in July. The children loved Nick at 5. Alot of hard work and practice has paid off.

I visited the park on vacation this week and SOB was running very fast and smooth. I still like the coaster alot it's one of my favorite coasters but I miss the loop. I think the should put something in to replace the loop. People that I have talked to that have rode it before with the loop say the same thing.

Gas prices are higher this year, prices have increased, there is also a change in management this year, alot of changes have come to KI this year, and maybe this is why attendence is down.

I love Disney World. It is my favorite theme park to visit. I am an adult and I still enjoy Cedar Point/GL/KI for their rides and uniqueness. I don't want Disney to buy CF or the prior Paramount parks. I think Busch or Paramount would would be a better choice. I like the Nickelodeon area and the shows they have added this year. I don't want Snoopy at every park. People like variety at parks not the same thing.

I think it's going to be a family entertainment center more then a indoor amusement park. There is no mention of any roller coasters. Coney Island Park is in Cincinatti also and it has rides and a coaster. Has anyone been there?

I'm going there Sunday/Mon/Tue to visit the park and do other things in the area I hope to ride the Son of Beast several times because it's my favorite coaster and I miss it. I hope they open it with the park but Firehawk didn't open with the park either when it first opened as I recall. I hope they start inspecting it earlier in the day and can get it open at 10 am with the park soon.

Why hasn't it opened with the park yet? The seats are exactly like The Villian? I thought they looked more like cars from Twisted Twins at KK. I was hoping for a little more padding but I'll have to wait to ride it to judge it. How many hours have they been running the coaster per day? Any mechanical problems? I hope it's running when I go down there. I have missed it for so long I want to ride it.

I hope it opens with the park on Sunday. I'm going to it first thing. Are the seats padded ? What are the lap bars like? Do you think they will add anything to it next year since they took out the loop?

Are they going to rename the coaster? The coaster is new now that they modified the track and took a loop out. I can't wait to ride the coaster. I'm going to SOB first thing on Sunday morning.

Beast Bash is an event that's held in the Fall around Halloween that lets you see all the haunted houses, and halloween attractions for ERT and they also have behind the scene tours of The Beast and KI and a lunch. It's alot of fun I'm glad they are going to have it again this year. I hope to see some of you there.

I'm glad to hear they were able to attatch one foot. That's good news. I still don't think I will ride another Drop Tower again unless it's S&S. I'm afraid of them now.

Awesome! I can't wait to ride it this Sunday. They sure opened it fast (1,000 hours).

Is The Beast Bash Park sponsored event for coaster enthusiasts still going to be held this October? The event last year was alot of fun and alot of people showed up to event. It was held last year the same date as Knoebel's Fun Fest. Are they going to have it the same weekend this year?
