The 403 Forbidden page is a result of the new mod_security install on Apache 2.2 which is what this we run on. Mod_security paches a hole that hackers found to take down websites. It will be fixed in a future update of Invision. All you have to do after you log in is to backspace the URL till its just KICentral.com/forums/

Make sure if you are paying by paypal to put the name of those attending in the "Special Instructions for the Seller" link. If you don't, than the name will be under the PayPal name. (This only applies to people using their parents/likewise accounts.)
